About Bill Gates

Bill Gates spoke at the inaugural Paul E. Farmer Butaro Dialogues in Rwanda in July 2026, where he reflected on the legacy of his friend Paul Farmer and discussed global health challenges. Gates noted that donor countries are shrinking aid budgets and that last year was the first time since the turn of the century that childhood deaths increased worldwide, with many of those additional deaths occurring in Africa. He argued that artificial intelligence should be directed toward those most in need, stating that if left to normal market forces, AI would primarily benefit wealthy countries, and that bringing AI to overloaded healthcare workforces in Africa could save many lives. Gates also shared personal anecdotes about Farmer, including a story about trekking through the Rwandan jungle with Farmer wearing a suit and tie while they discussed tuberculosis, malaria, and health data centers. He described how Farmer's work inspired his own daughters, with his oldest daughter Jennifer going on to study medicine after visiting Farmer's projects in Haiti. Gates told students at the event that "people like Paul proved that a better world is possible" and that "our task is to insist on it."

In a town hall meeting for the Gates Foundation, Bill Gates just admitted that the Epstein files linked affairs with multiple Russian women was in fact true. For some context, here is what he said just a few weeks ago when pressed on the issue. Take a look.

You've no doubt seen the allegations, including some of them from the last 24 to 48 hours. Are they true?
B
Bill Gates0:28
No. The apparently Jeffrey wrote an email to himself. That email was never sent. The email is false. So I don't know what his thinking was there. Was he trying to attack me in some way? But it just reminds me, every minute I spent with him, I regret and I apologize that I did that. The problem is some of the things that he has sent and some of the information about other people that has come up in those files has been true.

Why would he do this and say this about you, do you think?
B
Bill Gates1:04
It's factually true that I was only at dinners, I never went to the island. I never met any women. And so, the more that comes out, the more clear it'll be.

I'm joined now by CBN's Trey Goens Phillips. Trey, what did you think about this revelation?

Oh man, I mean this has just all of the Epstein stuff has been fascinating, but more importantly just really disheartening and discouraging and disgusting to see the kinds of sin that have been running rampant right under our noses for so long with so many people, so many powerful people all across the world. And Bill Gates is just one of the latest to be hit by this. And I can't help Raj but think what a sad and awful irony, right? This is Bill Gates who, years ago now, we're removed from the COVID pandemic. And we all remember he was one of the chief voices that was going to make us healthy again. He was going to take care of us. He's one of the leaders that's been at the forefront of this. Even in that interview that you just tossed to, at another point in the conversation, he was saying we actually need worldwide surveillance so that we can keep all of us healthy and safe. So the same guy who's trying to protect us with worldwide surveillance, I can assure you he doesn't want his own emails surveilled.

I would assume, I think that's a safe assumption, Raj, that he doesn't want his own emails surveilled. Doesn't want his own whereabouts and travels and all that surveilled because of what's happening under the surface, what's happening behind the scenes in closed parts of the world and the dark corners of the world. And man, I just am grieved by the hypocrisy, but most of all just by the sin. This was at the time, he's a married man, now divorced. And even his wife has spoken out about this and just said, 'Man, it's just so heartbreaking. It's sad to see that that is the world that I was a part of for so many years.'

This was the man lecturing us about quote unquote health and yet here he is trying to get Epstein to give him STD drugs to slip to his wife because of things he's doing with Russian women.

Just gross. But the list goes on. On Thursday, today, the president and the CEO of the World Economic Forum, Borg Bren, has stepped down over his ties to the Epstein files. This keeps happening over and over and over again. And let's call it for what it is. These files are demonic. The things that they're revealing are demonic, barbaric, atrocious. There is not enough strong enough words to explain what these files are revealing. But I do think what's really important for us as Christians, as believers, is to have discernment and wisdom in this moment because we are seeing the evil of this world not start. It's just being unveiled. But there's been so much manipulation and twisting and confusion and half-truths and we are being bombarded from bots, from countries, from influence that is just overwhelming our soul. And I think what we need to do is start in scripture. I go back to 2 Corinthians 11 where it says for Satan himself, Satan himself, this is Paul, the New Testament, masquerades as an angel of light, it is not surprising then if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness. So the thing is judging anything by what our eyes see, we are prone to manipulation. We are prone to deception. That's why we must be inviting the Holy Spirit to speak through to us. Give us wisdom. Give us discernment. We need to be bathing in scripture right now so that we have a clarity of we need to know that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of the wisdom not what your Twitter algorithm says that it's a bunch of bots and clickbait people they're trying to get your attention. And then God brought me to one more verse I think it's important it's in James 4:7-8 says this: submit yourself then to God resist the devil and he will flee from you Come near to God and he will come near to you. But here's the prescription. Okay. Well, then we got to go figure out who's doing this. We got to be the champion on X that's going to crack the code. It's like I don't think that's going to be you or me. But what's the prescription that God gives us in this moment of darkness? Go out there and do all the things. No, no, no, no. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. So, I think it's incumbent upon us as darkness is unveiling itself to be inwardly focused on the sense that God clean me up. I had a boss, Trey, very famous boss, let's just call him that. And he pulled me aside one day and he said, 'Hey, if you're looking at things online that you shouldn't be, that will be used against you one day.' And I was like, 'What?' It was like 15 years ago. And I was like, 'Wow.' Like that's really profound. And so I don't know what you're struggling with at home, my friends that are watching this, but know that everything that you think you're doing in secret, it will be brought to the light. So I think it's important for us in this moment to really purify our hearts to make sure that we are allowing God Yeshua, the Holy Spirit to reveal in us offensive ways so that we might be able to see clearly this ever-present and growing darkness in the world. The only way that darkness is pushed back is when the light is brightest. And the only way that brightness comes and true light and true salt is when we're inviting God to get the darkness out of ourselves so that we might be ambassadors of the kingdom of heaven. But Trey, I'll give you the last word, my friend.

Well, look, I think that we are just inundated, right? We're drowning in information and there's one single life raft and that's the truth of the gospel. That's the only thing that's lasting. I think when we look at the information coming at us in the news, on social media, on our X threads, on Instagram, on Facebook, on whatever social media platform you're on where you're seeing some of this really disgusting and heartbreaking news come through about Epstein and whatever else is going on in the world. I think we have an option as Christians. We can choose deception versus discernment. I think deception is what the world has chosen, right? I think that it's how can you possibly conceivably delineate what's real and what's not real if you're not looking at it through the lens of ultimate capital T truth. And I just think on stories like this so that we can choose discernment over deception. We have to go to the word of God. And there were a couple verses Raj that just came to mind in reading the story about man even though this is such a deplorable story that just continues to unfold. It seems like this Epstein thing is just never ending. As discouraging and as beaten down as we can be by this information, there are verses that talk about the ultimate redemption that can come only through faith in Jesus Christ and the ultimate justice that can only come through the Lord. And Luke 8:17 says, 'For all that is secret will eventually be brought into the open, and everything that is concealed will be brought into the light and made known to all.' So, yeah, I 100% agree with what your boss told you years ago. So that applies to you. It applies to me. It applies to Jeffrey Epstein. Of course, it applies to Bill Gates. It applies to whoever. All of us. All of us. Whatever sin that we're guilty of that we try to conceal, that we try to hide, eventually the enemy is going to use it against us. Or it's going to be revealed by a just and holy God who demands that we repent of our sins and as scripture ultimately says, fall down on our face and declare him holy. And then you look at Proverbs 28:13. It says, 'People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy.' And I think, man, what a beautiful picture. There's nobody who can be so far removed from grace because of the work of Jesus that if they are willing to call on the name of Christ, they can be saved. And then in Psalm 103:12, it says, 'He has removed our sins for those of us who call on the name of Jesus. He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.' So, as discouraging as this story is, there is ultimate hope. And that hope comes only from the gospel. So, as you're reading the news, search your heart or allow the Lord to search your heart and find truth that comes only from scripture. And let that be the lens that you interpret these things.
