When we look back over the last 20 years, we've always focused on deeply understanding what our customers need—sometimes even before they fully realize it themselves. Our goal has been to develop technologies that bring new value and enable better use cases. One strong example is our introduction of the 2+0 concept: two radios in one outdoor unit. This allowed customers to double capacity with a single click and scale as they grow. When we introduced the IP-20C, it was the first product to deliver this capability. We've since deployed hundreds of thousands of links, and many competitors later adopted similar approaches. Beyond that, we introduced advanced technologies such as ASD and AFR. These innovations are all designed to deliver better capacity, improved availability, and longer link distances—tailored to different customer needs and deployment scenarios.

Even setting aside the value of independence and full control over our technology, recent global events showed how critical this approach is. During supply chain disruptions, components were difficult to source and shipping costs increased significantly. By controlling our own technology, we can integrate multiple capabilities—networking, digital, analog, interfaces, and memory—into a single piece of silicon. This results in smaller products with fewer components, improved reliability, better mean time between failures, longer product lifespans, and stronger performance. It also allows us to optimize capacity, power consumption, and cost, delivering better overall value to our customers.

That leads us to Neptune, Ceragon's new system-on-a-chip, which powers the IP-100E. Neptune delivers industry-leading capacity, distance, and feature sets. Starting in the second half of last year and continuing through this year, Ceragon is launching five new high-capacity E-band products—each delivering 10 gigabits per second and beyond. These include the IP-50X, IP-50X Premium, IP-50EX Advanced, our Siklu-based 8020 product, and of course, the IP-100E. We're seeing a major shift in the market. Use cases that traditionally relied on microwave are increasingly moving to E-band. With our latest E-band innovations, customers can achieve microwave-like distances, availability, and capacity—but with lower equipment costs and significantly reduced licensing expenses. In many regions, E-band spectrum is license-free or very low cost, which improves both CAPEX and OPEX. This makes E-band a compelling alternative to traditional microwave, often delivering equal or better performance at a lower total cost of ownership. That's why we're expanding our E-band portfolio—to address a wide range of use cases and ensure customers can choose the right solution for their specific needs.
