Welcome you. On the land of Saurashtra and Kutch, a warm welcome. For this, we request the popular Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, and the Honorable Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Harshbhai Sanghvi, to welcome the beloved son of India, the successful Prime Minister, Shri Narendrabhai Modi, with a shawl and a memento. The Panch Tattva Meru Shri Yantra, crafted in 3D technology in Rajkot using advanced CNC technology, is being gifted to the Honorable Prime Minister, sir. And the second memento features prototype specimens representing Rajkot's precision manufacturing, spanning aerospace, power, medical, drone, and marine technologies. Once again, we welcome you, Honorable Prime Minister, sir.
Leadership inspires, vision energizes, and purpose unites. To set the tone for this landmark gathering, we now present a motivational song, an ode to aspiration, innovation, and the spirit of New India, by Geeta Ben Rabari. We welcome you, madam.
On this glorious occasion of Saurashtra and Kutch, for the welcome address, we now respectfully invite the Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Harshbhai Sanghvi.
At the inaugural function of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit, Rajkot Kutch Edition, with the presence of the country's popular Prime Minister, Honorable Shri Narendrabhai Modi, and Gujarat's popular Chief Minister, Honorable Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel. Gujarat, which is known for its industries from Wapi to Tapi, got a huge boost in the direction of investment and manufacturing when the Vibrant Gujarat was launched in 2003 by the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi. Today, Gujarat has many big sectors as a manufacturing hub in all four directions. Since the start of Vibrant Gujarat in 2003 with 700 MOUs, 98,000 projects have been completed today. Especially in this Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit, 400 exhibitors are participating, and more than 1500 MOUs are expected. In the reverse buyer-seller meet, dignitaries from 16 countries have arrived. This will greatly benefit the MSME sector. Many people ask why one should invest in Gujarat. If we talk about mobility, Gujarat has developed roads, rail networks, airports, ports, and connectivity in a great way. If we talk about stability, policies here do not change abruptly. The state government has always provided support to all businessmen as per the current needs. If we talk about safety, the state government has made arrangements for all kinds of security for investors and citizens. If we talk about guarantees, our promises are always fulfilled. Today, I want to thank Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi for fulfilling the dreams of many youths like me and the next generation. The journey of Vibrant Gujarat that started in 2003 has provided employment to lakhs and crores of youths in Gujarat today. Many people's business dreams have also been realized. I remember the vision of GIFT City. Many so-called intelligent people said GIFT City would be a dream, but today that dream has been realized. GIFT City is recognized as the sixth-best city in the world in the fintech world. Similarly, Dholera has developed as a smart city. Whether it is a semiconductor fab or many new industries, manufacturing plants have come up in Sanand, Becharaji, and other sectors, creating a big ecosystem. Because of this, the dreams of lakhs of youths in Gujarat have been realized. I once again thank the Honorable Prime Minister. For ease of doing business, the Gujarat state government has worked on all 23 parameters and will work even faster in the coming days. Whether it is about subsidies, new MOUs, or MOU implementation, Team Gujarat will work hard to realize the vision you have given. I welcome all the investors who have come to Gujarat. The state government is always ready for you. If you have any problem, we are always with you. I appeal to all of you to bring more and more investments to Gujarat. I once again welcome you all to this Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit. Thank you.
Thank you very much, Honorable Deputy Chief Minister. By placing the importance of this regional conference and the vision of the development of Kutch and Saurashtra before us, we thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, Gujarat's growth story is written through strong partnerships between governance and enterprise. We now hear from distinguished leaders of Indian industry, visionaries who have shaped global confidence in India. First, I invite Mr. Parakramsinhji Jadeja, Chairman and Managing Director, Jyoti CNC Automation, and an eminent industrialist from Rajkot, to share his perspective. Welcome, sir.

Honorable Prime Minister, Government of India, Shri Narendrabhai Modi; Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel; Honorable Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Harshbhai Sanghvi; Honorable Ministers, global delegates, industry leaders, ladies and gentlemen. Namaste. Honorable Prime Minister, sir, Vibrant Gujarat is a manifestation of your extraordinary vision to make Gujarat India's growth engine. Today is a very special moment for me. I was born in Chotila, in the land of Saurashtra. Standing here today at the first Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference in Rajkot, I feel a deep sense of pride and responsibility. This event is not just for the conference. This event is a clear signal that the vision of Viksit Bharat at 2047 is now reaching regions, districts, and local industrial ecosystems. I sincerely thank the Honorable Prime Minister and the Government of Gujarat for bringing this national vision to the regional level and giving regions like Saurashtra and Kutch a direct role in India's long-term growth journey. For all of us present here, this moment calls for ownership, commitment, and responsibility. At Jyoti, our mission is very simple and very clear: propelling technology and prospering life. For us, technology is a means, but prosperity must reach people, society, and the nation. This is why manufacturing for us is not just a business. Manufacturing is our responsibility to build the future of India. The machine tool industry is the mother of all manufacturing industries. In simple points, wherever there is a shape in life, there is a CNC machine behind it, from toothbrush and daily use items to automobile, mobile, aircraft, whatever the things are required, the CNC machines are behind that. Metal cuttings are behind that. Today, the entire world is living in a VUCA world: volatility, uncertainty, complexity, agility. But India has shown a different path. The leadership and action of our Honorable Prime Minister have redefined the VUCA as the vision, understanding, clarity, and agility. That is why even in today's turbulent global environment, India stands solid and stable. India will lead in manufacturing, and to do that, two things are non-negotiable. The first is R&D, because leadership comes from innovation, not imitation. And second is skills, because machines can be bought, but skills cannot. We must be backed by commitment. Over the next five years, Jyoti CNC will invest more than 10,000 crore in manufacturing, R&D, and skills, not for the scale alone, but to strengthen India's manufacturing ecosystem. Our focus is simple: to build capability, to create opportunity, and contribute meaningfully to the nation's long-term strength. In this journey, Saurashtra and Kutch together can aspire and contribute to a close to one trillion dollar link with the 30 trillion dollar of India's economy. This is not a prediction. This is not a slogan. This is a shared responsibility. The fact that Vibrant Gujarat is being held in Rajkot makes the starting point of this journey. I would like to reaffirm that Jyoti is fully equipped and fully committed to support the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat at 2047 by supplying precision CNC machines to Indian aerospace and defense industry, by delivering high-speed CNC machines to electronic manufacturing systems, and by developing advanced machines for semiconductor manufacturing. I shall thank the Honorable Prime Minister, the Government of Gujarat, and all stakeholders for their leadership and support. The journey towards Viksit Bharat and Atmanirbhar Bharat is not the responsibility alone. It is a shared responsibility of industry, institutions, and society. Let us all together build capacity and move forward. Jai Hind, Jai Bharat, Jai Jai Garvi Gujarat. Thank you.

Thank you, Mr. Parakramsinhji Jadeja. May I now invite Mr. Karan Adani, Managing Director, Adani Ports and SEZ Limited, to share his thoughts with us. We request the delegation to kindly stick to the time, please. Thank you.

Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji; Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel ji; Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Harsh Sanghvi ji; distinguished ministers, global business leaders, friends from India and across the world, ladies and gentlemen. Honorable Prime Minister, under your leadership, India has undergone a fundamental transformation, not just in scale but in our mindset. You have taught the nation to think long-term, to build institutions instead of announcements, and to see development not as a series of projects but as a civilization mission. From reforming governance and infrastructure to restoring India's global confidence, you have redefined what decisive leadership looks like in a democracy. Today, India does not merely aspire to grow; it aspires to lead, to set standards, and to shape the future of the world. And Gujarat stands as a living proof of this philosophy, where vision is matched by execution and ambition is backed by delivery. Today, Gujarat stands among India's most industrially advanced and globally connected states, contributing to over 8% of India's GDP, accounting for 17% of industrial output, handling 40% of the nation's cargo through its ports, and leading in renewable energy. Gujarat exemplifies what integrated development truly means. This did not happen overnight. It began when you, sir, as Chief Minister, proved something: that with good governance and with speed of execution, states can really be transformed. Long before 'ease of doing business' became part of national vocabulary, Gujarat showed what it meant in practice: lower friction, fast decisions, stronger institutions, and deep respect for enterprise. As Prime Minister, you have taken this philosophy across India through cooperative and competitive federalism. States have become engines of growth. Infrastructure is being built at scale. Policy stability has returned. And India today stands as one of the world's most attractive destinations for investment and manufacturing. At a time when the global economy faces uncertainty and fragmentation, India is emerging as a bright spot, growing close to 8%, expanding its manufacturing base, and confidently progressing towards becoming a five-trillion-dollar economy and the world's third largest. Within this national journey, Kutch represents a very powerful symbol of transformation. Once considered remote and challenging, Kutch today has emerged as one of India's most strategic industrial, logistics, and energy hubs. For Adani Group, Mundra is our karma bhoomi. It is not only India's largest commercial port and a fully integrated multi-modal logistics gateway, but it is also home to India's largest copper smelter plant, coal-to-PVC complex, and solar manufacturing complex. Mundra demonstrates how long-term vision can transform not just a region, but also how industries can transform. At Khavda, we are developing the world's largest renewable energy park with 37 gigawatts of capacity. This is not just an energy project. It is India's statement to the world that economic growth, climate responsibility, and energy security can move forward together. For Adani Group, Gujarat is not just a state of investment. It is our foundation. Our Chairman, Shri Gautam Adani, has always believed that the growth of our group must be inseparable from the growth of the nation. Gujarat is where our journey began, and Gujarat is where our long-term commitment remains anchored. Building on this foundation, the Adani Group commits to invest 1.5 lakh crore over the next five years in the region of Kutch. We will complete our Khavda project and commission the full 37 gigawatts of capacity by 2030. And we will also double our port capacity at Mundra in the next 10 years' time. Every one of these investments aligns with India's national priorities: employment generation, industrial competitiveness, sustainability, and long-term resilience. As India advances towards Viksit Bharat 2047, Gujarat will remain a cornerstone of this national transformation. The Adani Group remains deeply committed to being a trusted partner in building a strong, safe, resilient, and globally respected India. Thank you. Jai Hind.

Thank you very much, Mr. Karan Adani. I now invite Mr. B. K. Goenka, Chairman of the Wellspring Group, to share his address with us. Welcome, sir.
B. K. Goenka 25:51 ↗
Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, Honorable Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Harsh Sanghvi ji, other dignitaries, friends. Namaskar. I am honored to be part of this august gathering today. Friends, as Karanbhai said, Kutch is our karma bhoomi, and for Wellspring, it is our janmabhoomi. And if I can say, for Wellspring, Gujarat is home, and Kutch is the heart. When we used to hear about Kutch and Saurashtra 20 years ago, we heard about water scarcity, natural disasters, and hardships. And today, this same Kutch and Saurashtra will be known for the world's largest refinery, world-class port infrastructure, the world's largest home textile company, and in the coming time, for renewable energy as well. All this has been possible in the last 20 years. The entire credit goes to the vision and leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Modi ji, who has given Gujarat a new identity. Friends, if I talk about Kutch and don't tell this story, it will be incomplete. I want to proudly say that in 2003, when the first Vibrant Gujarat was happening, I met Modi ji for my expansion program. We were trying to do the expansion at Wapi for our textile plant. But he said, 'No, Goenkaji, you will set up this plant in Kutch. You will do this expansion in Kutch, where a devastating earthquake occurred in 2001, lakhs of people died, there was no infrastructure, no roads, no water.' When he said this, the ground slipped from under my feet. But he said, 'Goenkaji, I am telling you this. I am not saying this as a politician. I am telling you from my heart that if you invest one rupee in Kutch, you will get one dollar back.' Friends, the rest is history. Last month, after Bhupendrabhai inaugurated the Wellspring plant, Gujarat's Wellspring facility has become the world's number one home textile company. Today, Wellspring is directly and indirectly providing employment to one lakh people in Gujarat. Today, Wellspring's market share in home textiles in the US and UK is more than 25%. And even in prestigious tournaments like Wimbledon, Wellspring's products are being made in Gujarat. In the same way, our pipeline business is currently investing around 5,000 crore, and we will be the largest pipe manufacturing company in the world by the end of this year. And when we talk about today, the deepest, highest, longest pipeline supplied in the world has been made in India, made in Gujarat, made by Wellspring, and it's a moment of pride for all of us. A big contribution to this also goes to Team Gujarat. Without their support, this was not possible. In the 2024 Vibrant Gujarat Summit, Modi ji said a very big thing: 'The bigger your dream, the bigger my resolution.' And you have made this dream come true. You have made this dream very big. And today, the challenge before all of us is to make the country not just self-reliant, but to make it a developed nation by 2047. As our Honorable Prime Minister Modi ji said, it is time for new dreams, new resolutions, and continuous accomplishment. Friends, the clarion call to action given by Modi ji is to make a future-ready growth plan for India, where we all as an industry can play an important role. With these words, I would like to thank you all. Jai Jai Garvi Gujarat, Jai Hind.

Hello, thank you, Mr. Goenka. I now invite Mr. Mukesh Ambani, Chairman, Reliance Industries Limited, to share his thoughts with us. Welcome, sir.

Most respected Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi ji, Honorable Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel ji, Honorable Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghvi ji, distinguished dignitaries, industry leaders, and dear friends. Namaskar. Let me start with Jai Somnath. The positive vibrations from our dear Prime Minister's prayers at Somnath are resonating across Gujarat and India. I congratulate our most respected Prime Minister ji for the great honor bestowed upon Saurashtra and Kutch by being personally present at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit. After 20 years of Vibrant Gujarat in Gandhinagar, it's a privilege to participate in the first regional Vibrant Gujarat Summit in this historic city of Rajkot. This summit will be a true force multiplier for the manifold development of Saurashtra. I salute Rajkot, truly a raja, a king among cities of Gujarat. I salute the sacred soil of Saurashtra because my father, my revered father, Shri Dhirubhai Ambani, was a son of the soil of Saurashtra. His birth was in Chorwad. Most respected Prime Minister, you have restored to India its civilizational self-belief. Never in the history of independent India have we seen so much hope, so much self-confidence, and so much vibrancy in India as we do now. Your vision has reshaped India's trajectory for the next 50 years and more. History will record that the Modi era is when India moved from potential to performance, from aspiration to action, from being a follower to becoming a global force. Dear friends, for Reliance, Gujarat is far more than a location. Gujarat is our body, heart, and soul. We are a Gujarati company. Today, I stand before you with five firm commitments. First, investment at an unprecedented scale. Reliance is already Gujarat's largest investor. In the last five years, we have invested over three and a half lakh crore. Today, I am pleased to announce that we will double this to seven lakh crore over the next five years, creating exponential employment, livelihoods, and greater prosperity for every Gujarati and every Indian. Second, global leadership in clean energy and green materials. At Jamnagar, we are building the world's largest integrated clean energy ecosystem, spanning solar, battery energy storage, green hydrogen, green fertilizer, sustainable aviation fuel, and maritime fuels, and advanced materials. These are not only industries of the future; they are foundations of India's prosperous tomorrow. Jamnagar, once the largest hydrocarbon energy exporter, will in the coming years become India's largest exporter of green energy and materials from Gujarat. Third, transforming Kutch into a global clean energy hub. Our multi-gigawatt utility-scale solar project, among the world's largest, will deliver round-the-clock clean power through advanced storage and modern grid integration, powering India's green future and reinforcing Gujarat's leadership in renewables. Fourth, making Gujarat India's artificial intelligence pioneer. In Jamnagar, we are building India's largest artificial intelligence-ready data center with a single goal: affordable AI for every Indian. Jio will launch a people-first intelligence platform, built in India for India and the world, enabling every citizen, starting from Gujarat, to access AI services in their own language on their own device every day to make them more efficient and productive. Fifth, partnering for India's Olympic ambitions and social progress. The Reliance Foundation stands ready to serve the Prime Minister's vision of bringing the 2036 Olympics to Ahmedabad as a concrete step. Reliance will partner with the Gujarat government to manage the Veer Savarkar Multi-Sports Complex in Naroda, a hub for hosting national and international events, a world-class hospital in Jamnagar in Saurashtra, and expanding our education facilities. The manifold development of Gujarat is our resolution: big in vision, bold in execution, rooted in Gujarat, and dedicated to the service of Bharat Mata. Friends, today I want to make one important point. All of us know that the world is changing very fast. The geopolitical situation is creating new challenges, including some unexpected turbulence. What is reassuring for India is that the challenges cannot touch or trouble our people. This is because India has the invincible protective wall called Narendrabhai Modi. Let the world know that this is India's defining decade. Under the Prime Minister's leadership, India is not just preparing for the future; India is shaping it. And from Saurashtra and Kutch, we in industry are very happy to participate in this growth and the direction that the Prime Minister has shown all of us. Thank you, respected Prime Minister, for your leadership. Jai Jai Saurashtra and Kutch, Jai Jai Garvi Gujarat, Jai Hind.

Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji; Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat; Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat; Honorable Ministers; Honorable senior government officials of Gujarat; Excellencies; distinguished industry leaders; ladies and gentlemen. Good afternoon. Namaste. Kem cho Gujarat. I am delighted to be here today, and I would like to take this moment to express my heartfelt gratitude. Today, I thank the Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat for having invited Rwanda as a country partner and for giving me the opportunity to speak to this great audience in the presence of the Honorable Prime Minister of India. May I also congratulate the Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat for organizing successfully such an amazing regional conference like the first one, which I also attended. Honorable Prime Minister, Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat, distinguished guests, Rwanda and India enjoy excellent relations. Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji, visited Rwanda in July 2018. It was a special visit. Six MOUs were signed during his visit to my country, and he donated 200 cows to needy families. Thank you so much, Honorable Prime Minister of India, for your generosity and the great leadership. His Excellency Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda, has visited India five times, and I am glad to inform you that my President attended the Vibrant Gujarat Summit in 2017. Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji and President Paul Kagame have been very instrumental in deepening relations between our two countries. The relations between Rwanda and India have been elevated to a strategic level thanks to our two eminent leaders. Rwanda and India have been working together by supporting each other on various bilateral, regional, and multilateral issues of common interest. Rwanda looks forward to continued and strong relations with India. Honorable Prime Minister, Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat, distinguished guests, today Rwanda is a first developing, transformed, stable, and strong nation with zero tolerance to corruption. Our economy grew by 11.8% in the third quarter of 2025. Rwanda ranks first in Africa for governance transparency. This solid governance underpins Rwanda's position as one of Africa's fastest-growing economies and one of the safest countries globally. The World Bank Business Ready report further ranks Rwanda first in Africa for ease of doing business. Rwanda is also the second most ranking in Africa. It requires less days to register a business in my country. Today, India is the second biggest foreign investor in Rwanda, and India is the second largest trading partner with my country. India and Rwanda relations are projected to grow higher. Rwanda has access to Africa and global markets through robust trade agreements. With the opportunities mentioned, my country is ready to welcome more Indian investors in various sectors, including manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, ICT, agriculture and agro-processing, mining, cybersecurity, tourism, health, education, and so on and so forth. These opportunities are backed by strong fiscal and non-fiscal incentives. I would like to close by inviting you all to visit Rwanda, home to the famous mountain gorillas and the big five animals. Please be advised that Indians with passports will get one month free visa upon arrival. Thank you very much for your kind attention. Dhanyavad.

Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji; Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel; Deputy Chief Minister, Honorable Shri Harsh Sanghvi ji; distinguished guests, distinguished captains of industry. It's a great honor and pleasure for me to be back in Gujarat. It's for a short time. I am taking part in this global forum, and I would like to applaud your Honorable Prime Minister's leadership, which is a great example of how from a regional leader you became a national leader, and now you are actually playing a very global role, including for my country, to establish peace. Now, Gujarat is very well known around the world, and I would like to acknowledge that the personal role of Shri Narendra Modi ji in shaping this development model and expanding it to the entire country was the philosophy to create the country who will be the global leader and to take the next couple of years. On a short note, on the global economy around the world and as well to lead the country to your target of Viksit Bharat 2047. I would also like to applaud the Gujarat government and thanks to the Honorable Chief Minister and his team for the cooperation. We discussed the dimension of our cooperation in different areas. First of all, education, institution partnership, and skills development area that can lay a long foundation, people-to-people, knowledge-based. In 2023, Ukraine was a proud partner country of this global forum, and we see this not only as a signal of trust but as a strategic opportunity to deepen economic cooperation between our countries. Ukrainian companies and industries are actively engaged in dialogue across sectors: industry, education, agriculture, engineering, IT, energy, and logistics. Ukraine and India have a track record of successful cooperation in traditional areas like the trade of sunflower oil, green pharmaceutical products. This established trade flow demonstrates the complementarity of our economies. At the same time, this exists considerable potential in precisely the sector where Gujarat is particularly strong. Positive experience of our past operations as well as a better trade volume and reach in the past 4 billion USD provide solid ground for the consideration of a more ambitious and institutional framework for the economic engagement. First of all, I am talking about the bilateral investment agreement and free trade agreement as a logical continuation of our long-term cooperation. Ukraine is currently awaiting a response from the relevant government minister to this initiative. Today, we have the significant and practical potential for the involvement of the Indian companies in the reconstruction and recovery of Ukraine. This includes infrastructure, energy, housing, industrial facilities, logistics, and advanced technology solutions. In this regard, we invite our Indian friends and Indian companies to participate in the next Ukraine Recovery Conference, which will be held in Poland later this year. We also see a prospect for the expanded industrial and technological cooperation in the defense sector. Within the frame of Make in India, Ukraine and India are working towards to achieve the strategic partnership. The intention to elevate bilateral relationship to a new level was reaffirmed by Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and President of Ukraine, His Excellency, during his historical visit of Honorable Prime Minister of India to Ukraine in 2024. Before the visit, he undertook the trip, making him one of the very few leaders in the global south to travel to Ukraine under such circumstances. Further substantive progress along this path will be supported by the forthcoming meeting of the Ukraine-India Intergovernmental Commission. We are confident that the achievement of a sustainable and just peace in Ukraine will further contribute to the deepening of relationship between India and Ukraine, including the state of Gujarat. In this regard, we hope for India's continued support to international efforts to restore the peace, which will create a stable foundation for the long-term economic cooperation and development. I wish the Vibrant Gujarat conference very success, productive discussion, innovative ideas, and strong new partnerships. Dhanyavad. Jai Hind. Jai Jai Garvi Gujarat.

Saurashtra, Kutch. At the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit, with the guidance of the founder and successful leader of the Vibrant Gujarat Committee, Shri Narendrabhai Modi, my colleague Deputy Chief Minister Shri Harshbhai Sanghvi, Minister Shri Rishikeshbhai Patel, Union Minister Shri Nirmalabhai Bhamaniya, former Governor of Karnataka Shri Vajubhai Vala, High Commissioner of partner country Rwanda, Her Excellency Shrimati Jacqueline Mukangira, Ambassador of partner country Ukraine, His Excellency Dr. Alexander Polishchuk, Chairman of Reliance Industries Limited, Shri Mukeshbhai Ambani, Chairman of Wellspring Group, Shri B. K. Goenka ji, MD of Adani Ports and SEZ Limited, Shri Karan Adani, Chairman and MD of Jyoti CNC Automation, Shri Parakramsinhji Jadeja, all present dignitaries, friends from the press and media, namaskar to all. World leader and beloved Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi today, in the morning, at the Somnath Swabhiman Parva, has further illuminated the light of faith and spirituality among the people. And now, to give momentum to entrepreneurship and self-reliance, the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit has been started with the presence of all of you. You are all fortunate that you have a visionary leader like Shri Narendrabhai Modi ji, who always thinks ahead. With this vision, in 2003, the first Vibrant Summit was held, presenting Gujarat's industrial potential to the world. With the cooperation of the public, administration, and industry, the Vibrant Summit of 2003 got success. After that, he said, 'Gujarat can and Gujarati will.' Under the leadership of Honorable Shri Modi sahib, people all over the world started believing in Gujarat. Due to the possibilities of investment and best infrastructure development in the state, the Vibrant Summit got increasing success. The results of this are that Gujarat has become the country's development growth engine and the most preferred destination for investment. Under the guidance of Shri Modi sahib, the two-decade-long success of Vibrant Gujarat is before you today. In the last 24 years, 3.57 lakh crore FDI has come to the state. Gujarat contributes 18% to the country's industrial output and about 30% to exports. The number of MSMEs in the state has increased from 5 lakh to 41.9 lakh. Cargo handling at ports has increased five-fold to 58.16 lakh metric tons. Gujarat has become a global gateway to the future. You have set new benchmarks of progress. In sectors where Gujarat had no presence, the state has become 'nowhere' to 'everywhere'. Gujarat is moving forward to become a hub in many emerging sectors like auto, semiconductor, financial services, artificial intelligence, and green energy. Inspired by Shri Modi sahib, in the Vibrant Summit held in 2024, 98,000 MOUs were signed across sectors. I am happy to say that out of these, 25,500 MOUs were for Saurashtra and Kutch alone, and 78% of these projects have been commissioned. You have taken the development of districts and regions forward. The thought of connecting tier-2, tier-3 cities and rural areas with sustainable development through the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit is yours. Today, the victory of Saurashtra has started in the presence of the big Prime Minister. In 12 districts of this region, there is a good ecosystem for investment in renewable energy, world-class sports, shipbuilding, agro-processing, ceramics, chemicals, fisheries, and blue economy. The state government is providing seamless connectivity to Kutch and Saurashtra through coastal highways, economic corridors, four-lane and six-lane upgrades, and modern airports. To encourage balanced regional development in the country, Shri Modi sahib has adopted the 'One District One Product' approach. Districts have become manufacturing hubs for various products, realizing 'Vocal for Local' and 'Local for Global'. The state government has developed the concept of increasing the GDP of 12 districts to increase the state GDP. The speed of development of the districts is getting a new direction under the guidance of the big Prime Minister. Regional growth hubs will be created through the Vibrant Summit. To fulfill the big Prime Minister's resolution of Atmanirbhar Viksit Bharat, Gujarat will remain aggressive. The Vibrant Summit has become a brand of trust, reliability, and development. I invite all the investors from the country and abroad present in this victory to become partners of this brand. Bharat Mata Ki Jai, Vande Mataram, Jai Jai Garvi Gujarat.
Honorable Chief Minister, we thank you for your dignified address. Ladies and gentlemen, we are now about to witness an important moment that will provide a new and strong direction to the industrial future of Kutch, Saurashtra, and the entire Gujarat. The development of 13 new smart industrial estates spread over 3,540 acres in seven districts of this region has been envisioned. Along with this, the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation has developed a sector-specific medical devices industrial park in Nangal, spread over 336 acres. This initiative strengthens the resolution of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Now, I humbly request the Honorable Prime Minister to kindly press the remote button to inaugurate the new smart GIDC estates and the Nangal Medical Devices Park. In all these districts—Amreli, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Kutch, Morbi, Rajkot, and Surendranagar—excellent industrial estates have been announced today. Many congratulations.
This is not just a film, but a proof of a modern Bhagirath effort. There was a time when the sands of Kutch and the waves of Saurashtra only told stories of challenges. But then a resolution arose. A leadership emerged that created the echo of development even in the silence of the desert. This journey is from scarcity to abundance. This saga is of turning difficulties into revolution, and the architect of this transformation is the same person who taught the entire nation to dream of self-reliance with the Gujarat model. Today, when the industries of Kutch and Saurashtra are becoming the axis of global trade, it is the victory of that vision which has always kept 'Nation First' supreme. With utmost dignity, immense respect, and the trust of 140 crore dreams of the country, I respectfully invite to the stage the architect of modern India, our successful Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi ji. Come, let us welcome the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji with energetic applause for his address.
Narendra Modi 1:08:55 ↗
Kem cho. Gujarat's Chief Minister, Shriman Bhupendrabhai Patel, Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghvi, other ministers of the Gujarat government, MPs and MLAs, Excellencies, representatives of the industry world, other dignitaries, ladies and gentlemen. After the beginning of 2026, this is my first visit to Gujarat. And it is also pleasant because my journey of 2026 has started with my head bowed at the feet of Somnath Dada. And now I am participating in this magnificent program in Rajkot. That is, development as well as heritage. This mantra is echoing everywhere. I welcome and congratulate all of you friends who have come here from the country and the world to the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit. Friends, whenever the stage of Vibrant Gujarat Summit is set, I don't just see a summit. I see the journey of 21st-century modern India, which started from a dream and has today reached an unbreakable trust. In decades, the journey of Vibrant Gujarat has become a global benchmark. So far, 10 editions of it have been held. And with every edition, the identity and role of this summit have both become stronger. Friends, I have been connected with the vision of Vibrant Gujarat Summit from the very first day. In the initial phase, our goal was that the world should be familiar with the capabilities of Gujarat.
People come here, invest here, and benefit India. Investors from around the world also benefit. But today, this summit has gone beyond investment to become a strong platform for global growth, international cooperation, and partnership. Over the past years, the number of global partners has continuously increased, and over time, this summit has also become a great example of inclusion. Here, along with corporate groups, cooperatives, MSMEs, startups, multilateral and bilateral organizations, and international financial institutions all engage in dialogue and discussion together, walking shoulder to shoulder with Gujarat's development. Friends, over the past two decades, the Vibrant Gujarat Summit has continuously done something new and special. This regional summit of Vibrant Gujarat has also become an example of this. Its focus is on converting the untapped potential of different parts of Gujarat into performance. For example, some regions have coastline potential, while others have a long tribal belt. Some have a large industrial cluster ecosystem, while others have a rich tradition of agriculture and animal husbandry. In other words, different regions of Gujarat have their own strengths. The Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit is moving forward by focusing on these regional possibilities of Gujarat. Friends, a quarter of the 21st century has already passed. In the past years, India has made very rapid progress, and Gujarat and all of you have played a very big role in this. India is moving rapidly towards becoming the world's third-largest economy. And the figures coming in make it clear that the world's expectations from India are continuously rising. India is the world's fastest-growing large economy. Inflation is under control. India is setting new records in agricultural production. India is number one in milk production. In generic medicine production, India is number one. The country that produces the most vaccines in the world is India. Friends, India's growth story is a success story of the mantra of Reform, Perform, and Transform. In the past 11 years, India has become the world's largest mobile data consumer. Our UPI has become the world's number one real-time digital transaction platform. Once, we used to import nine out of ten mobile phones. Today, India is the world's second-largest mobile manufacturer. Today, India has the world's third-largest startup ecosystem. In solar power generation, India is also among the top three countries. We are the third-largest aviation market, and in terms of metro networks, we have also joined the top three networks in the world. Friends, today every global expert and global institution is bullish on India. The IMF calls India the engine of global growth. S&P upgrades India's rating after 18 years. Fitch ratings praise India's macro stability and fiscal credibility. The world's trust in India is because amidst great global uncertainty, we are seeing an era of unprecedented certainty in India. Today, India has political stability, policy continuity. The new middle class in India is expanding, and their purchasing power is increasing. These factors have made India a country of immense possibilities. I had said from the Red Fort, this is the time, the right time. For every investor in the country and the world, this is the time to take advantage of these possibilities. The Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit is also conveying this message to all you investors. This is the time, the right time to invest in Saurashtra and Kutch. Friends, you all know that Saurashtra and Kutch are those regions of Gujarat that teach us that no matter how big the challenge, if you stay put with honesty and hard work, success is sure to come. This is the same Kutch that suffered a devastating earthquake at the beginning of this century. This is the same Saurashtra where droughts used to occur for years. Mothers and sisters had to walk many kilometers for drinking water. There was no trace of electricity. There were difficulties everywhere. Friends, today's youth of 2025 have only heard stories of that era. The truth was that people were not willing to stay in Kutch and Saurashtra for long. In that period, it seemed that conditions would never change. But history is a witness. Time changes, and it definitely changes. The people of Saurashtra and Kutch have changed their destiny with their hard work. Friends, today Saurashtra and Kutch are not just a region of opportunities, but this region has become an anchor region for India's growth. This region is becoming a major center to accelerate the self-reliant India campaign. Saurashtra and Kutch have a very big role in making India a global manufacturing hub, and this role is market-driven, which is the biggest confidence for investors. Right here in Rajkot, there are more than 2.5 lakh MSMEs. Here, in different industrial clusters, from screwdrivers to auto parts, machine tools, luxury car liners, aeroplanes, fighter planes, and rocket parts are made in our Rajkot. In other words, this region supports the entire value chain from low-cost manufacturing to high-precision, high-technology manufacturing. And the jewelry industry here is world-famous in itself. This sector is an example of scale, skill, and global linkage. Friends, Alang is the world's largest ship-breaking yard. One-third of the world's ships are recycled here. This is also proof of India's leadership in the circular economy. India is one of the largest producers of tiles. The contribution of Morbi district in this is also very large. The manufacturing cost here is competitive and globally benchmarked. And I remember, people from Saurashtra's newspapers must be present here, and they used to pull my hair. Once I said in a speech here in Saurashtra, I said that a time will come when the Morbi-Jamnagar-Rajkot triangle will become a mini Japan. [Applause] I was made fun of a lot. Today, the reality is unfolding before my eyes. We are also very proud of the Dholera Special Investment Region. Today, this city is becoming a major center for modern manufacturing. In Dholera, India's first semiconductor fabrication facility is being prepared. This region is giving an early mover advantage for future technology. In other words, the ground is completely ready for you to increase your investment. Infrastructure is ready, policy is predictable, and the vision is long-term. Friends, Saurashtra and Kutch are also becoming a major hub for India's green growth, green mobility, and energy security. A 30-gigawatt capacity renewable energy park is being built in Kutch. This will be the world's largest hybrid energy park. You can imagine, this park is five times larger than the city of Paris. In other words, in this region, clean energy is a commercial-scale reality along with a commitment. You are all familiar with the potential of green hydrogen. Unprecedented speed and scale work is going on in this direction in India. Here, Kutch and Jamnagar are becoming major centers for green hydrogen production. A huge Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is also being established in Kutch. In other words, along with renewable energy, grid stability and reliability are also being ensured. Friends, Kutch and Saurashtra have another very big potential. This region is equipped with India's world-class ports. A very large part of India's exports passes through here. Ports like Pipavav and Mundra have become major hubs for India's automobile exports. Last year, nearly 1.75 lakh vehicles were exported from Gujarat's ports. Not just logistics, there are immense possibilities for investment in every aspect of port-led development. Along with this, the Gujarat government is also giving special priority to the fisheries sector. Major work has been done on fisheries infrastructure here. A strong ecosystem is ready for investors connected to seafood processing. Friends, along with infrastructure, an industry-ready workforce is the biggest need today. And Gujarat gives investors complete certainty on this front. An international ecosystem of education and skill development exists here. The Gujarat government's Kaushal Skill University is preparing youth for future-ready skills. It is working in collaboration with universities in Australia and Singapore. The National Defence University is India's first national-level defense university. The Gati Shakti University is preparing skilled manpower for every sector like road, railway, airway, waterways, and logistics. In other words, along with investment, the talent pipeline is also assured here. Today, many foreign universities are seeing new opportunities in India, and Gujarat is becoming their preferred destination. Two major universities from Australia have started their campuses in Gujarat. In the coming time, this number is going to increase further. Friends, Gujarat has nature, adventure, culture, and heritage. In other words, the tourism experience you want will be found here. Lothal is a symbol of India's 4000-year-old maritime heritage. The world's oldest man-made dockyard has been found here. A National Maritime Heritage Complex is being prepared here. The Rann Utsav is also being organized in Kutch these days. Staying in the tent city here is a different experience. Friends, for those who are fond of jungles and wildlife, what better experience can there be than the Gir Forest and the Asiatic Lion? More than 9 lakh tourists come here every year. For those who like the sea, there is Shivrajpur Beach, which is Blue Flag certified. Apart from this, there are many possibilities for beach tourism in Mandvi, Somnath, and Dwarka. There is a deep sea in Pasi. Deep sea is becoming a great destination for water sports and beach games. In other words, this entire region is full of potential for you investors. You must take full advantage of it. And I have been saying for a long time, if you delay, don't blame me. Every investment of yours in Saurashtra and Kutch will accelerate the development of Gujarat and the country. And the strength of Saurashtra... just now the High Commissioner of Rwanda was telling that when I went to Rwanda, I gifted 200 cows there. These 200 cows were our Gir cows. But there is a specialty, when we gave 200 cows for their rural economy, there is a rule that they will give you the cow, but you have to return its first calf. And we give that to another family. In other words, from those 200 cows, thousands of families have now received cows. It is giving great strength to Rwanda's rural economy, and Gir cows are visible in every house. This is my Saurashtra. Friends, today's India is working rapidly towards the goal of becoming a developed nation, and the Reform Express has a very big role in achieving this goal. Reform Express means next-generation reform in every sector. For example, some time ago, the country implemented next-generation GST reforms. Its good effect was seen in every sector. Especially our MSMEs are benefiting a lot. Riding the Reform Express, India has made a very big reform in the insurance sector. India has approved 100% FDI in the insurance sector. This will accelerate the campaign to provide 100% insurance coverage to citizens. Similarly, after about six decades, the income tax law has been modernized. This will benefit crores of taxpayers. India has also implemented historic labor reforms. Therefore, wages, social security, and industry have all got a unified framework. In other words, whether it is the worker or the industry, everyone benefits from this. Friends, today India is becoming a global hub for data-based innovation, AI research, and semiconductor manufacturing. In other words, India's power demand is continuously increasing. India needs assured energy very much. And a very big medium for this is nuclear power. Keeping this in mind, we have also done next-generation reform in the nuclear power sector. In the last session of Parliament, India has opened up civil nuclear energy for private partnership through the Peaceful Uses of Atomic Energy Act. This is a very big opportunity for investors. Friends, I assure all the investors present here that our Reform Express is not going to stop now. India's reform journey has moved towards institutional transformation. Friends, you have not come here just with MOUs. You have come here to connect with the development and heritage of Saurashtra and Kutch. I assure you that every penny of your investment will give a magnificent return here. Once again, my best wishes to all of you. I also appreciate the Gujarat government and the Gujarat team for their efforts. Many, many congratulations. Perhaps their Vibrant Summit will be in 2027. Before that, this regional summit is a good experiment, and I am happy that the work which I got the opportunity to start, today when it is being expanded by my colleagues and getting new energy, the joy multiplies many times. I congratulate you all. Many, many best wishes. Thank you.
Honorable Prime Minister, we are deeply grateful from the bottom of our hearts for your inspiring and energetic address. Your words have given a new vision and unwavering confidence to Kutch, Saurashtra, and the entire nation. We are fully committed to fulfilling your resolve of a developed India. Thank you, Honorable Prime Minister, sir, for your unwavering leadership and for inspiring a billion dreams. As our Honorable Prime Minister departs, let the applause resound across Gujarat.

Most respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Bhai Modi ji, Honorable Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel ji, Honorable Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghvi ji, distinguished dignitaries, industry leaders, and dear friends, Namaskar. This summit will be a true force multiplier for the manifold development among cities of Gujarat. I salute the sacred soil of Saurashtra because my father, my revered father Shri Dhirubhai Ambani, was a son of the soil of Saurashtra. He was born in Chorwad. In the last five years, we have invested over 3.5 lakh crore. Today, I am pleased to announce that we will double this to 7 lakh crore over the next five years. [Applause] Creating exponential employment, livelihoods, and greater prosperity for every Gujarati and every Indian. These are not only industries of the future; they are the foundations of India's prosperous tomorrow. Jamnagar, once the largest hydrocarbon energy exporter, will in the coming years become India's largest exporter of green energy and materials from Gujarat. Third, transforming Kutch into a global clean energy hub. Our multi-gigawatt utility-scale solar projects, among the world's largest, will deliver round-the-clock clean power through advanced storage and modern grid integration, powering India's green future and reinforcing Gujarat's leadership in renewables. The Reliance Foundation stands ready to serve the Prime Minister's vision of bringing the 2036 Olympics to Ahmedabad. As a concrete step, Reliance will partner with the Gujarat government to manage the Veer Savarkar Multi-Sports Complex in Narayanpura, a hub for hosting national and international events and training India's future champions. We are also establishing a world-class hospital in Jamnagar in Saurashtra and expanding our education facilities manifold. The development of Gujarat is our resolve. Big in vision, bold in execution, rooted in Gujarat, and dedicated to the service of Bharat Mata. Friends, today I want to make one important point. All of us know that the world is changing very fast. The geopolitical situation is creating new challenges, including some unexpected turbulence. What is reassuring for India is that these challenges cannot touch a hair of our people. This is because India has an invincible protective wall called Narendra Bhai Modi. [Applause] Let the world know that this is India's defining decade. Jai Saurashtra and Kutch. Jai Jai Garvi Gujarat. Jai Hind.
Thank you, Mr. Mukesh Ambani. Ladies and gentlemen, India's growth resonates across borders, building bridges of cooperation and shared prosperity around the globe. We now invite our esteemed international dignitaries. For more, I invite Her Excellency Ms. Jacqueline Mukangira, High Commissioner of Rwanda to India. Welcome, Madam.

In the last five years, we have invested over 3.5 lakh crore. Today, I am pleased to announce that we will double this to 7 lakh crore over the next five years, creating exponential employment, livelihoods, and greater prosperity for every Gujarati and every Indian. Our multi-gigawatt utility-scale solar project, among the world's largest, will deliver round-the-clock clean power through advanced storage and modern grid integration, powering India's green future and reinforcing Gujarat's leadership in renewables. Fourth, making Gujarat India's AI powerhouse. The Reliance Foundation stands ready to serve the Prime Minister's vision of bringing the 2036 Olympics to Ahmedabad. As a concrete step, Reliance will partner with the Gujarat government to manage the Veer Savarkar Multi-Sports Complex in Naranpura, a hub for hosting national and international events and training India's future champions. We are also establishing a world-class hospital in Jamnagar in Saurashtra and expanding our education facilities manifold. The development of Gujarat is our resolve, big in vision, bold in execution, rooted in Gujarat, and dedicated to the service of Bharat Mata. Friends, today I want to make one important point. All of us know that the world is changing very fast. The geopolitical situation is creating new challenges, including some unexpected turbulence. What is reassuring for India is that these challenges cannot touch or trouble our people. This is because India has the invincible protective wall called Narendra Bhai Modi. Jai Saurashtra and Kutch! Jai Jai Garvi Gujarat! Jai Hind!
Thank you, Mr. Mukesh Ambani. Ladies and gentlemen, India's growth resonates across borders, building bridges of cooperation and shared prosperity around the globe. Now, I invite our esteemed international dignitaries. First, I invite Her Excellency Ms. Jacqueline Mukangira, High Commissioner of Rwanda to India. Welcome, Madam.

I am participating in this magnificent program. That is, development and heritage. This mantra is echoing everywhere. I welcome and congratulate all of you friends who have arrived here from across the country and the world for the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit. Friends, whenever the stage of the Vibrant Gujarat Summit is set, I don't see just a summit. I see the journey of 21st-century modern India, which started as a dream and has today reached an unshakable trust. Over decades, the journey of Vibrant Gujarat has become a global benchmark. So far, 10 editions have been held, and with every edition, the identity and role of this summit have both strengthened. Friends, I have been connected with the vision of the Vibrant Gujarat Summit from the very first day. In the initial phase, our goal was that the world should become familiar with Gujarat's potential. People should come here and invest here, and this should benefit India. Investors from around the world should also benefit. But today, this summit has gone beyond investment to become a strong platform for global growth, international cooperation, and partnership. Over the past years, the number of global partners has been continuously increasing, and with time, this summit has also become a great example of inclusion. This regional summit of Vibrant Gujarat has also become an example of that. Its focus is on converting the untapped potential of different parts of Gujarat into performance. For example, where there is coastline potential, there is a long tribal belt. Where there is a large ecosystem of industrial clusters, there is a rich tradition of agriculture and animal husbandry. That is, different regions of Gujarat have their own strengths. The Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit is moving forward by focusing on these regional possibilities of Gujarat. Friends, a quarter of the 21st century has passed. In the past years, India has made very rapid progress, and Gujarat, all of you, have had a very big role in this. India is moving rapidly towards becoming the world's third-largest economy. And the figures coming in make it clear that the world's expectations from India are continuously rising. India is the world's fastest-growing large economy. Inflation is under control. In agricultural production, India is setting new records. Once we used to import nine out of ten mobile phones. Today, India is the world's second-largest mobile manufacturer. Today, India has the world's third-largest startup ecosystem. In solar power generation, India is also among the top three countries. We are the third-largest aviation market, and in metro networks, we have also joined the top three in the world. Friends, today every global expert and global institution is bullish on India. The IMF calls India the engine of global growth. S&P has upgraded India's rating after 18 years. Fitch ratings praise India's macro stability and fiscal credibility. The world's trust in India is because, amidst great global uncertainty, we are seeing an era of unprecedented certainty in India. Today, India has political stability. There is continuity in policy. The new middle class in India is expanding. Their purchasing power is increasing. And these factors have made India a country of limitless possibilities. I had said from the Red Fort, this is the time. The right time. For every investor in the country and the world, this is the time to take advantage of these possibilities. The right time. And the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit is also giving this message to all you investors. This is the time to invest in Saurashtra and Kutch, the right time. Friends, you all know that Saurashtra and Kutch are those regions of Gujarat that teach us that no matter how big the challenge, if you stay put with honesty and hard work, success is sure to come. This is the same Kutch that suffered a devastating earthquake at the beginning of this century. This is the same Saurashtra where there used to be droughts for years. Mothers and sisters had to walk many kilometers for drinking water. There was no trace of electricity. There were difficulties everywhere. Friends, the youth of 2025 today have only heard stories of that era. The truth was that people were not willing to live in Kutch and Saurashtra for a long time. In that period, it seemed that the situation would never change. Saurashtra and Kutch have a very big role in making India a global manufacturing hub, and this role is market-driven, and this is what gives the biggest confidence to investors. Right here in Rajkot, there are more than 2.5 lakh MSMEs. Here, in different industrial clusters, from screwdrivers to auto parts, machine tools, luxury car liners, aeroplanes, fighter planes, and rocket parts are made in our Rajkot. That is, this region supports the entire value chain from low-cost manufacturing to high-precision, high-technology manufacturing. And the jewelry industry here is world-famous in itself. This sector is an example of scale, skill, and global linkage. Friends, Alang is the world's largest ship-breaking yard. One-third of the world's ships are recycled here. This is also proof of India's leadership in the circular economy. India is one of the largest producers of tiles, and the contribution of Morbi district is very large. Here, manufacturing cost is competitive and globally benchmarked. And I remember, people from Saurashtra's newspapers must be present here, and they used to pull my hair. Once I said in a speech here in Saurashtra, I said that a time will come when Morbi, Jamnagar, Rajkot, this triangle, will become a mini Japan. I was made fun of a lot. That is, the ground is completely ready for you to increase your investment. Infrastructure is ready. Policy is predictable, and the vision is long-term. Friends, Saurashtra and Kutch are also becoming a major hub for India's green growth, green mobility, and energy security. In Kutch, a 30-gigawatt capacity renewable energy park is being built. This will be the world's largest hybrid energy park. You can imagine, this park is five times larger than the city of Paris. That is, in this region, clean energy is not just a commitment but also a commercial-scale reality. You are all familiar with the potential of green hydrogen. Unprecedented speed and scale work is going on in this direction in India. Here, Kutch and Jamnagar are becoming major centers for green hydrogen production. A massive Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is being established in Kutch. That is, along with renewable energy, grid stability and reliability are also being ensured. Friends, Saurashtra and Kutch have another very big potential. This region is equipped with world-class ports of India. Here, an international ecosystem of education and skill development exists. The Gujarat government's Kaushal Skill University is preparing youth for future-ready skills. It is working in collaboration with universities of Australia and Singapore. The National Defence University is India's first national-level defense university. The Gati Shakti University is preparing skilled manpower for every sector of road, railway, airway, waterway, and logistics. That is, along with investment, the talent pipeline is also assured here. Today, many foreign universities are seeing new opportunities in India, and Gujarat is becoming their preferred destination. Two major universities of Australia have started their campuses in Gujarat. In the coming time, this number is going to increase further. Friends, Gujarat has nature, adventure, culture, and heritage. That is, the tourism experience you want will be found here. Lothal is a symbol of India's 4000-year-old maritime heritage. The world's oldest man-made dockyard has been found here. A National Maritime Heritage Complex is being prepared here. In Kutch, the Rann Utsav is also being organized these days. Besides this, there are many possibilities for beach tourism in Mandvi, Somnath, and Dwarka. There is also a dam in Panchsheel. The dam is becoming a great destination for water sports and beach games. That is, for you investors, this entire region is full of potential and possibilities. You must take full advantage of it. And I have been saying for a long time, if you delay, don't blame me. Every investment of yours in Saurashtra and Kutch will accelerate the development of Gujarat. It will accelerate the development of the country. And the strength of Saurashtra... The High Commissioner of Rwanda was just saying that when I went to Rwanda, I gifted 200 cows there. These 200 cows were our Gir cows. But there is a specialty of this. When we gave 200 cows for their rural economy, there is a rule that they will give you the cow, but you have to return its first calf. And we give that to another family. That is, from those 200 cows, thousands of families today have cows. It is giving great strength to Rwanda's rural economy, and Gir cows are visible in every house. This is my Saurashtra. Friends, today's India is working rapidly towards the goal of becoming a developed nation, and the Reform Express has a very big role in achieving this goal. The Reform Express means next-generation reform in every sector. For example, just some time ago, the country implemented next-generation GST reforms. Its good effect was seen in every sector. Especially our MSMEs are benefiting a lot. A very big reform has been made on the Reform Express in the insurance sector. India has approved 100% FDI in the insurance sector. This will accelerate the campaign to provide 100% insurance coverage to citizens. Similarly, after about six decades, the Income Tax Act has been modernized. This will benefit crores of taxpayers. India has also implemented historic labor reforms. Therefore, wages, social security, and industry have all got a unified framework. That is, whether it is workers or industry, everyone benefits from this. Friends, today India is becoming a global hub for data-based innovation, AI research, and semiconductor manufacturing. That is, India's power demand is continuously increasing. India needs assured energy. And a very big medium for this is nuclear power. Keeping this in view, we have also done next-generation reform in the nuclear power sector. In the last session of Parliament, India has opened up civil nuclear energy for private partnership through the Atomic Energy Act. This is a very big opportunity for investors. Friends, I assure all the investors present here. Our Reform Express is not going to stop now. India's reform journey has moved towards institutional transformation. Friends, you have not come here just with MOUs. You have come here to connect with the development and heritage of Saurashtra and Kutch. I assure you, every penny of your investment will yield a magnificent return here. Once again, my best wishes to all of you. I appreciate and congratulate the Gujarat government and the team for their efforts. Perhaps in 2027, they will have the Vibrant Summit. Before that, this regional summit is a good experiment, and I am happy that the work I had the opportunity to start is now being expanded by my colleagues, getting new energy. The joy multiplies many times over. I congratulate you all and extend my best wishes. Thank you.
Honorable Prime Minister, we are grateful from the bottom of our hearts for your inspiring and energetic address. Your words have given a new vision and unwavering faith to Kutch, Saurashtra, and the entire nation. We are fully committed to realizing your vision of a developed India. Thank you, Honorable Prime Minister, sir, for your unwavering leadership and for inspiring a billion dreams. As our Honorable Prime Minister departs, let the applause ring out.

Most respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Bhai Modi ji, Honorable Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel ji, Honorable Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghvi ji, distinguished dignitaries, industry leaders, and dear friends. After 20 years of Vibrant Gujarat in Gandhinagar, it is a privilege to participate in the first regional Vibrant Gujarat Summit in this historic city of Rajkot. This summit will be a true force multiplier for the manifold development of Saurashtra. I salute Rajkot, truly a king among cities of Gujarat. I salute the sacred soil of Saurashtra because my father, my revered father Shri Dhirubhai Ambani, was a son of the soil of Saurashtra. He was born in Chorwad. Most respected Prime Minister, you have restored to India its civilizational self-belief. One-third of the world's ships are recycled right here. This is also proof of India's leadership in the circular economy. India is one of the largest producers of tiles, and the contribution of the Morbi district in this is very significant. The manufacturing cost here is competitive and it is a global benchmark.
And I remember, people from the Saurashtra newspapers must be present here, and they used to pull my hair. Once I said in a speech here in Saurashtra that a time would come when the Morbi-Jamnagar-Rajkot triangle would become a mini Japan. They made a lot of fun of me, but today that reality is unfolding before my eyes.
We are also very proud of the Dholera Special Investment Region. Today, this city is becoming a major center for modern manufacturing. India's first semiconductor fabrication facility is being prepared in Dholera. This region is giving an early mover advantage for future technology. This means the ground is completely ready for you to increase your investment. The infrastructure is ready, the policy is predictable, and the vision is long-term.
This means that in this region, clean energy is not just a commitment but a commercial-scale reality.
You are all familiar with the potential of green hydrogen. Work is going on in this direction in India with unprecedented speed and scale. Here, Kutch and Jamnagar are becoming major centers for green hydrogen production. A massive Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is also being established in Kutch. This means that along with renewable energy, grid stability and reliability are also being ensured.
Friends, Kutch and Saurashtra have another great potential. This region is equipped with India's world-class ports. A large part of India's exports passes through here. Ports like Pipavav and Mundra have become major hubs for India's automobile exports. Last year, nearly 175,000 vehicles were exported from Gujarat's ports. There are immense possibilities for investment not just in logistics but in every aspect of port-led development.
And Gujarat provides complete certainty to investors on this front. An international ecosystem of education and skill development exists here. The Gujarat government's Kaushal Skill University is preparing youth in future-ready skills. It is working in collaboration with universities from Australia and Singapore. The National Defence University is India's first national-level defence university. The Gati Shakti University is preparing skilled manpower for every sector including road, railway, airway, waterways, and logistics. This means that along with investment, the talent pipeline is also assured here.
Today, many foreign universities are seeing new opportunities in India, and Gujarat is becoming their preferred destination. Two major universities from Australia have already started their campuses in Gujarat. In the coming time, this number is going to increase further.
Friends, Gujarat has nature, adventure, culture, and heritage. This means you will get the tourism experience you want here. Lothal is a symbol of India's 4,000-year-old maritime heritage. The world's oldest man-made dockyard has been found here. A National Maritime Heritage Complex is being prepared here. The Rann Utsav is also being organized in Kutch these days. Staying in the tent city here is a different experience. For those who are fond of wildlife, what better experience can there be than visiting the Gir Forest and the Asiatic lions? More than 900,000 tourists come here every year. For those who like the sea, there is Shivrajpur Beach, which is Blue Flag certified. Besides this, there are many possibilities for beach tourism in Mandvi, Somnath, and Dwarka. There is a DB here in Pasi. DB is becoming a great destination for water sports and beach games. This means this entire region is full of potential and possibilities for you investors. You must take full advantage of it.
And I have been saying for a long time, if you delay, don't blame me. Every investment of yours in Saurashtra-Kutch will accelerate the development of Gujarat and the country.
And the strength of Saurashtra... the High Commissioner of Rwanda was just saying that when I went to Rwanda, I gifted 200 cows there. These 200 cows were our Gir cows. But there is a specialty to it. When we gave 200 cows for their rural economy, there is a rule that they will give you the cow, but you have to return its first calf. And we give that to another family. So, starting from those 200 cows, thousands of families have now received cows. It is giving great strength to Rwanda's rural economy, and Gir cows are visible in every home. This is my Saurashtra.
Friends, today's India is working rapidly towards the goal of becoming a developed nation, and the Reform Express has a huge role to play in achieving this goal. The Reform Express means next-generation reforms in every sector. For example, some time ago, the country implemented next-generation GST reforms. Its positive impact was seen in every sector, especially benefiting our MSMEs. Riding the Reform Express, India has implemented a major reform in the insurance sector. India has approved 100% FDI in the insurance sector. This will accelerate the campaign to provide 100% insurance coverage to citizens. Similarly, after about six decades, the income tax law has been modernized. This will benefit crores of taxpayers. India has also implemented historic labour reforms. This has given a unified framework for wages, social security, and industry. This means it benefits both workers and industry.
Friends, today India is becoming a global hub for data-based innovation, AI research, and semiconductor manufacturing. This means India's power demand is continuously increasing. India needs assured energy, and a major medium for this is nuclear power. In view of this, we have also implemented next-generation reforms in the nuclear power sector. In the last session of Parliament, India has opened up civil nuclear energy for private partnership through the Atomic Energy Act. This is a huge opportunity for investors.
Friends, I assure all the investors present here that our Reform Express is not going to stop now. India's reform journey has moved towards institutional transformation. Friends, you have not come here just with MOUs. You have come here to connect with the development and heritage of Saurashtra-Kutch. I assure you that every penny of your investment will give a magnificent return here. Once again, my best wishes to all of you. I appreciate the Gujarat government and the Gujarat team for their efforts. Many, many congratulations. Perhaps their Vibrant Summit will be in 2027. Before that, this regional summit is proving to be a good experiment, and I am happy that the work which I had the opportunity to start, is now being expanded by my colleagues and getting new energy. The joy multiplies many times over. I congratulate you all. My best wishes. Thank you.

Most respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Bhai Modi ji, Honorable Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel ji, Honorable Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghvi ji, distinguished dignitaries, industry leaders, and dear friends.
I salute the sacred soil of Saurashtra because my father, my respected father Shri Dhirubhai Ambani, was a son of the soil of Saurashtra. He was born in Chorwad.
Most respected Prime Minister, you have restored to India its civilizational self-belief.
In the last five years, we have invested over 3.5 lakh crore. Today, I am pleased to announce that we will double this to 7 lakh crore over the next five years, creating exponential employment, livelihoods, and greater prosperity for every Gujarati and every Indian.
The Reliance Foundation stands ready to serve the Prime Minister's vision of bringing the 2036 Olympics to Ahmedabad. As a concrete step, Reliance will partner with the Gujarat government to manage the Veer Savarkar Multi-Sports Complex in Naroda, a hub for hosting national and international events and training India's future champions. We are also establishing a world-class hospital in Jamnagar in Saurashtra and expanding our education facilities manifold. The development of Gujarat is our resolve: big in vision, bold in execution, rooted in Gujarat, and dedicated to the service of Bharat Mata.
Friends, today I want to make one important point. All of us know that the world is changing very fast. The geopolitical situation is creating new challenges, including some unexpected turbulence. What is reassuring for India is that these challenges cannot touch or trouble our people. This is because India has an invincible protective wall called Narendra Bhai Modi.
Jai Saurashtra and Kutch. Jai Jai Garvi Gujarat. Jai Hind.
Thank you, Mr. Mukesh Ambani. Ladies and gentlemen, India's growth resonates across borders, building bridges of cooperation and shared prosperity around the globe. We now invite our esteemed international dignitaries. First, I invite Her Excellency Ms. Jacqueline Mukangira, High Commissioner of Rwanda to India. Welcome, Madam.
