Imagine that while you're driving, this cute pet is accompanying you. The truth is, the Xiaomi YU7 is an SUV you can interact with. You can ask it something like this. Xiaoai, I'm here. Where did I park my car? Your car is on level one near A04 next to a white and red wall and an express car wash sign. Or command it to do that. Xiaoai, I'm here. Open the front trunk. Okay, it's opened. I invite you to enjoy the launch event of the Xiaomi YU7 where you'll discover the fully electric SUV that Apple never managed to bring to life, but Xiaomi did.
The Xiaomi YU7, riding with the wind. This is a high-performance luxury SUV. Its low, elegant, sporty posture will remain timeless for decades. Let's start with the design. As you know, our design philosophy is simple: create designs that withstand the test of time, designs that last. So, we kept thinking about what kind of design can stay attractive over time. We believe beauty starts with proportions. So, we focus on creating cars with perfect proportions.
Let's take a look together. A 3x wheelbase ratio, 2.1x wheel height ratio, 1.25x width-to-height ratio, and an extreme 1.31x front-to-body ratio. The ultimate front-to-body ratio. This long front end is a luxurious design refined over a century of automotive history and it also provides a better head impact buffer. It's safer. The body features a wide body design with a muscular feel from the rear view. In our last launch, we introduced four unique and beautiful colors. Let's quickly review them one more time.
Aircraft carrier gray, lava orange. This color looks even better on the Xiaomi YU7. Titanium gray, currently the most popular color. Emerald green, our signature color, a high-saturation sports car tone. To recreate the texture of emerald, we used a dual-layer luxury car spray process. First a yellow-green metallic base coat, then a translucent pearlescent top coat. The result is a stunningly beautiful color. So the full palette includes nine colors in total.
This time we're adding five more colors. The first is pearl white. This isn't just any white. It's exceptionally beautiful. Under soft white lighting, we've added a cool sky-blue pearlescent sheen. The paint reflects a refined high-end texture under sunlight. Deep sea blue. It's somewhat like Conan silver blue. It's a metallic paint built on a deep blue base with silver-blue metallic flakes added. This blue is rich and pure with a gradient glow that shifts from silver to blue. A luminous gradient from silver to blue.
Dangia purple with subtle variations in metallic particles reveals a luxurious texture. This color looks noble, especially luxurious. Dark bluish purple in the shadows, golden yellow in the highlights. It increases contrast and adds a sense of mystery and depth. It's truly a luxurious color. Then we have hidden cyan. It's a bit like sky cyan with some new nuances added, restoring a ceramic-like warm and smooth texture. Under shifting light, it's both elegant and fashionable. Golden pink, a color especially suited for women. After we teased it, we found that men liked it, too. They called it charming man pink. It's not just plain pink. It has light gold metallic particles layered over the pink base coat, also a metallic paint. With the changing light, it gives off a fresh and translucent feeling like morning mist lifting, clear and crisp.
These are the nine colors of the Xiaomi YU7. Each one crafted with great care by our designers. Since every color is beautiful, many people struggle with which one to choose. Let me give you a simple recommendation. If you're outgoing, go for the sports car colors like emerald green or lava orange. They're perfect for you, right? If you're more low-key, then titanium gray, pearl white, or aircraft carrier gray are great. You could also consider deep sea blue. So, there's truly something for everyone. If you're going for a fashionable, luxurious color, we've got some excellent options, too, like golden pink, hidden cyan, or dangia purple. All three are great. These nine colors were designed for different people and different needs. If you're thinking of buying a YU7, take your time to choose the color you truly love. Also, we welcome you to visit the store to test drive and explore.
Now, about the wheels. We offer standard 19-inch diamond-cut wheels as standard matched with long-range tires. There are five options. You can choose from two 20-inch wheels. One is called the halo wheel, which matches the body color. The other is the swirl wheel. Both of these wheels come with long-range tires and built-in soundproof cotton, which effectively reduces tire noise, improving cabin quietness. The 21-inch option includes the blade wheel design, also paired with long-range tires customized by Michelin. They optimize the structure and tread materials, balancing low rolling resistance with grip, and also include soundproof cotton. With the 21-inch tires, we've chosen a narrow front and wider rear setup. The rear tires are 275 mm wide, giving excellent performance in both straight lines and curves. Also, the 21-inch wheels offer two forged sport wheel designs for a better driving experience. One has a plum blossom shape, the other a petal shape, both paired with Michelin PSEV tires. These forged wheels also come with a floating wheel hub cap, a floating logo. No matter how the wheel spins, the MI logo stays upright like a roly-poly toy. I heard this is the same design Rolls-Royce uses. That's exactly our goal. Looks great from every angle.
Now, let's check out the interior. Last time, we released three interior color schemes, but actually there's a fourth: the new original purple. Just this one. It has gray seats and purple surroundings, creating a two-tone purple-gray interior. This interior pairs well with many exteriors, but we especially recommend pairing it with the purple exterior for a full purple inside and out. The interior materials are 100% soft-touch in high-contact areas and use baby-safe materials so young parents can feel at ease. The whole cabin supports Napa leather, thicker, softer, yet providing firm support so it stays comfortable even during long drives. The front seats can be upgraded to zero-gravity seats for both driver and passenger with 10-point massage. So for those who love driving, wouldn't a zero-gravity seat like this be irresistible? You can enjoy a massage while driving, take a nap at noon, or relax while waiting for someone. Isn't that thoughtful? The driver's zero-gravity seat has 12 layers of structure. High-density foam gives firm support while zero-pressure foam ensures comfort. The Napa leather is soft and delicate to the touch, making the front seats very comfortable. So, if you're driving yourself, this car is incredibly comfortable.
We also put a lot of effort into the rear seating. The rear seat backrest supports electric adjustment with a maximum recline angle of 135 degrees. A colleague told me it reclines one degree more than a Maybach. So, we've tried to make every detail feel very, very comfortable. Even with the low-slung sporty shape, it still offers spacious comfort. When we designed it, for example, the rear headrest is thick and wide. When you lie back, the sides of the headrest offer great head support. Many of our colleagues fell asleep quickly during test drives in the back seat. So, yes, the sleep headrest is also very comfortable. For space design, we used the MI88 dummy model to develop it. People often worry, will the low sporty design mean poor space? So, we used the MI88 dummy model to make sure the design worked. With this, the front headroom is still generous. And in the rear, 777 millimeter headroom, 73 mm legroom. If those numbers don't mean much, don't worry. Compared with the Model Y and the Cayenne, including rear width, we are significantly roomier. The space in the YU7 will surprise you. Many were amazed after the test drive.
The rear seats recline with one-touch electric fold, transforming instantly into a MI88 full-size bed. There are 36 storage spaces throughout the vehicle. The optional powered front trunk has a large 141 L capacity. The rear trunk is 678 L, perfect for road trips. You can carry eight suitcases and bags. Fold down all the rear seats and you get a massive 1,758 L of space. You can fit a lot inside. Also, the glove box is a large digital lock glove box with a capacity of 13.7 L. We even developed a custom tray for it. This makes it much more convenient and simple to access and store items. The biggest highlight of the storage design is a drawer under the second-row seats. This drawer is very important. What's it for? Storing tissue boxes, kids' toys, blankets, etc. It's super convenient. Honestly, this second-row drawer is my favorite feature for in-car storage. Also, the wireless phone charging. There are two chargers, each with 80-watt power. The makeup mirror has three color temperatures and three brightness levels. Very handy for women. There's also an anti-glare rearview mirror and BSD blind spot warning lights. The smart fridge can cool or heat and has a 4.6 L capacity, enough for six cans of soda. The 25-speaker luxury audio system supports Dolby Atmos and uses Xiaomi's algorithm for excellent sound quality. The air conditioning uses soft, healthy air flow, not direct, making it very comfortable. The front has a super wide air vent of 357 mm. The rear has three vents, very comfortable. We also installed an SGS-certified HEPA high-efficiency air filter with a large surface area to filter particles and germs. Yes, it comes with a HEPA filter.
As a luxury high-performance SUV, the YU7 also meets everyday family needs. To summarize, we've designed many family-friendly features for households with children. Let's take a quick look. First, baby-safe materials. The air conditioning is soft-flow plus HEPA filter. The rear space is big and there's even a second-row drawer. Even better, there's an optional rear entertainment screen in the second row. Great for keeping kids entertained with cartoons. The front and rear trunks have huge storage capacity. There's an in-car smart fridge and most importantly, kids love chatting with Xiaoai, the voice assistant. All right, that's the interior and exterior design of the Xiaomi YU7.
Now, let's talk about two more important highlights I want to recommend. Quietness. Quietness is essential for a luxury SUV. We use laminated acoustic glass across all versions. Not only the front windshield and all four door windows, but even the rear quarter windows use laminated soundproof glass. After installing this acoustic glass, we found that standard window breakers couldn't break through easily. So, we redesigned the emergency window breaker to handle laminated glass. Now, women can break the glass in just two or three hits. This tool is included free as a gift with purchase. The entire vehicle has over 200 noise reduction optimizations, blocking noise from all directions. The overall quietness exceeds even million-level luxury cars. Is that enough? Our Max version has been further upgraded for sound insulation. It uses ultra-quiet glass with a new PVB formula that reduces wind noise by two to three dB. The panoramic roof also gets a sound insulation film. And over 30 key areas now use top-tier acoustic materials. The result, not quite as quiet as a Lucid Air, but far better than any competitor in the same class. Let's listen. Shall I close all the windows? You can even hear the soda fizzing. Isn't that amazing?
Now, let's talk about sun protection. After our success with SU7 sun protection, we also put a lot of effort into YU7s. It's equivalent to SPF 100+ and PA++++ sunscreen levels. To this day, very few cars offer this level of UV protection. Perfect for female drivers. Let's take a look. The ultra-wide panoramic roof makes the cabin feel very open. The front windshield has triple silver coating and all door windows come with laminated glass. Excellent UV and heat insulation. The roof has dual-layer silver coating for sun protection. Now the Max version comes standard with an intelligent dimming roof. One button switches it to sun shade mode with outstanding shading performance. There are several types of dimming glass on the market. We chose the latest generation of EC dimming glass. Yes, EC dimming glass, the newest technology. But during your test drive, you might notice one clear drawback. All right, let's look at the YU7's dimming glass. It adjusts slowly, about 2 to 3 minutes. After long consideration, we decided to go with the latest generation EC dimming glass. Why? Because it has the best heat insulation and shading performance. We figured you might adjust it once a week or once a month, but the effect is worth it. Let's see how it performs after 1 hour of sun exposure at 28 degrees C. Compared with a Model Y with a physical sun shade, the cabin temperature was 6.6 degrees lower. How about that? A 6.6 degree C drop. Its shading performance matches physical sun shades. So, if your kid is sleeping in the back seat, the sunlight won't hit them directly. The effect is excellent. That wraps up the full design introduction. The YU7 is a truly beautiful car. Let's enjoy the exterior highlight video together.
The YU7 is positioned as a high-performance luxury SUV. Now, let's talk about performance and range. All versions are equipped with the V6S Plus super motor. Max RPM is up to 22,000. Peak torque is up to 528 Nm. Peak power is up to 288 kW. The V6S Plus is incredibly powerful. Equipped with the V6S Plus, the YU7 reaches a max horsepower of 690 hp, 0-100 km/h in 3.23 seconds and a top speed of 253 km/h. That's incredibly powerful performance. Subtracting the launch delay, it even hits 0-100 in under 3 seconds, 2.98 seconds. An SUV with sub-3 second acceleration. This is supercar-level performance. I looked into it. Finding a car like this for under a million yuan is nearly impossible. So, this performance is truly outstanding. The chassis configuration is luxurious and the driving feel is slightly different from the SU7. The YU7 balances sportiness with comfort. You'll notice this clearly during the test drive. All versions come standard with an intelligent chassis that can predict the road and actively adjust. With the air suspension version, the intelligent chassis becomes even more capable. For example, when descending into a garage, it automatically adjusts ride height. When encountering speed bumps, it softens suspension damping so it feels much smoother. On bumpy roads, the shock absorption is very strong. This is real footage. These are real examples from the YU7. The body roll during turns is minimal, making cornering easy and confident. The VGR variable steering ratio system is standard across all versions, and it's incredibly useful. What does VGR do? At high speeds, small steering wheel movements don't affect the car body. Very stable. That makes driving much safer. When turning at sharp angles, the wheel becomes very responsive and easy to handle. That's what VGR does, and it's standard. The turning radius is 5.7 m. You can make a U-turn in just three lanes. Braking distance is 33.9 m. As an SUV, it also has generous ground clearance and good off-road ability.
Range is the most important spec in an EV and one of the most expensive due to high technical demands. Let's look at the standard version. CLTC range is 835 km, ranking number one among mid-to-large electric SUVs. It's best in class. The AWD version has a range of 770 km. That's the top range for any urban electric SUV. So overall, every YU7 version offers ultra-long range. All models use an 800V silicon carbide high-voltage platform. Max charging rate 5.2C, up to 620 km in 15 minutes. That makes it extremely fast to charge. Compared with the Model Y Performance and the electric Macan, YU7 has a clear advantage in both range and charging. A big lead. The charging network includes 1.4 million public charging points. Compatibility tests show a 99% success rate. We are constantly testing and improving third-party charger compatibility to make the user experience even better. We invited many media outlets to test drive before launch and they all gave great feedback. Let's watch a video to hear what the media had to say.
A lot of people complain about motion sickness in EVs. We partnered with hospitals to conduct studies on the physiological responses of motion-sickness-prone people. Based on the research, we developed a special motion sickness relief mode. It adjusts for acceleration, pitch, roll, and vertical bumps while driving. Let's look at the effect. For example, during sudden acceleration, the car remains smooth like a high-speed train. Look at the hanging ornament in the car. It barely moves. Even with aggressive pedal use, it feels just like a pro driver. Normally, energy recovery can feel jerky during deceleration. We simulated gas-powered deceleration for smoothness. In motion sickness relief mode, the hanging ornament barely moves. Even in comfort mode, it swings a lot more, mainly due to electric vehicle regen braking. That's why we optimized it. During turns, the body roll is significantly reduced. No more boat-like swaying. After all this work, clinical tests show a 51% reduction in motion sickness rate and a 16% delay in onset. So, I highly recommend visiting the store for a test drive.
Now, intelligence and ecosystem, Xiaomi's strengths. The YU7 is equipped with Xiaomi's self-developed 4-in-1 central control module. We integrated assisted driving, smart cockpit, vehicle controller, and communication module. This high integration reduces controller count, space usage and weight and enables full-link energy efficiency optimization. Inside the module, the cockpit uses a 4nm chip with leading performance. The assisted driving chip is also a 4nm chip, Nvidia's latest Thor chip. The entire controller undergoes durability testing over twice the industry standard. Its core module passed automotive-grade AEC Q104 certification and meets vehicle-level safety and reliability standards. No worries there. The Xiaomi Horizon panoramic display is incredibly clear. While driving, important information is right in your line of sight. When turning, blind spot video is shown. The display works by projecting three mini LED screens along the lower edge of the windshield. Together they form a 1.1-meter wide panoramic display using three projection systems. These projectors cost two to three times more than a standard HUD, but the tech and interactivity they provide are outstanding. We designed five types of information cards that you can freely mix and match. There's also a fun virtual pet feature. When you activate Xiaoai, it perks up its ears. Super cute. It sways with the steering and can even jump to the passenger display, creating a cross-screen interaction. Adorable.
We've also upgraded Xiaoai with five-zone voice recognition so multiple people can talk at once, each with separate conversations. Why does that matter? Because a child can chat with Xiaoai about cartoons while an adult gives driving instructions. This is called multi-channel concurrent speech. We've upgraded our on-device large language model to support multimodal interactions. You can walk and ask questions or circle things in an image to get more info. Xiaoai, I'm here. What's the tallest building ahead on the left? The tallest one ahead is CCTV Tower. That's CCTV headquarters located in Beijing's CBD. Just circle and it'll identify what you're pointing at. There's also a useful feature. If you buy the YU7, many people will crowd around, record videos, and you'll get tons of showcase footage you won't have time to watch. If you buy a SU7 and take it home, many people will crowd around it. Your sentry mode will record tons of videos and you won't have time to watch them all, right? Well, this feature can automatically summarize the highlights and give you a summary of the most critical scenes. You'll only need to watch the most dangerous moments. Here's another common pain point, not being able to find your car at that moment. Our super Xiaoai on your phone can find your car with just a voice command. It uses positioning and the car's cameras with multimodal recognition of the parking spot number and surroundings. Super practical. Xiaoai, where did I park my car? Your car is on level one near A04 next to a white and red wall and an express car wash sign. That was identified through multimodal recognition. Really convenient. Also, it supports external Xiaoai interaction. We installed eight microphones and one speaker outside the car so you can interact with it from any angle. For example, you can use Xiaoai to open the front trunk. But don't worry, it requires both voice print and digital key verification. Very secure. Xiaoai, I'm here. Open the front trunk. Okay, it's opened. I believe this will significantly increase the usage rate of the front trunk.
Xiaomi's HyperOS smart cockpit features are incredibly powerful. Due to time constraints, I won't go into details today. Let's move on to ecosystem expansion. This time, the threaded ports for the driver and passenger have been upgraded with 27W power output. We've launched three new accessories compatible with these ports. The first is a power transfer ring so your action camera can be mounted and charged. The new phone holder also supports charging and there's a MagSafe wireless charging version for iPhone users. The whole car features nine magnetic mounting points. Why? Because initially I hated tissue boxes. I never knew where to put them in the front or back seats. So I kept thinking of an elegant solution. Look at our solution. Magnetic mounting. We specially designed the tissue box for this. You can even take it home and stick it on your fridge. Super convenient. It has a magnetic back. Also, the glasses case can be magnetically mounted on the center console. Single-handed operation, easy and elegant. We also specially designed magnetic physical buttons that can attach to any magnetic point for custom functions. Just one press. For example, if it's attached near the passenger seat, it can act as a boss button. Press it and the second-row passenger can easily move the front seat forward. Convenient, right? There are many more features to explore. This control system is quite fun. The SU7 also supports multiple expansion areas like around the central control screen. We've added a new wireless phone holder. The rearview mirror base can also be expanded. We've added two new accessories, a 4K gimbal camera and an AI spatial interaction sensor. This 4K gimbal camera lets you view the cabin in real time and even supports voice calls. For instance, you can monitor your pet while away and even talk to them. That's why we added pet mode to the car. The second item, the spatial interaction sensor, supports six gesture controls. While listening to music, you can swipe to change the song. Pretty convenient, right? It has a dedicated sensor for gesture recognition. Also, the seatbacks can expand with second-row screens, and they now support the newly released Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro, the second rotating flagship tablet. It directly mounts on. The rear ceiling can also be equipped with a sliding rail onto which you can attach a power module and track lighting. So, when kids are reading or doing homework in the back, this light is very handy. Okay, maybe not the homework part. Haha. But at least it helps protect the eyes while reading. The power module can even hold a projector. Great for outdoor camping. We've opened this expansion interface and welcome third parties to create more accessories. The car roof can also support a luggage rack. In short, we've designed a wide range of ecosystem accessories, very rich. You're welcome to explore them in the Xiaomi Auto app. We're committed to an open ecosystem for people, vehicles, and homes. Initial partners include BYD, GAC Toyota, JAC, Nissan, and we welcome more. Let's grow this ecosystem together.
Apple doesn't make cars. After releasing the car, we paid special attention to Apple users. We hope they also have a great experience driving a Xiaomi car. Let's take a look. iPhone users' experience with the Xiaomi SU7 has been fully upgraded. It supports UWB close-range car control. UWB is super convenient. There are also home screen widgets for remote car control, control center integration, one-touch lock, unlock with the action button, live activities for real-time vehicle status, and navigation can be sent directly to the car's system. Super convenient. Of course, we also support the Apple ecosystem, such as CarPlay. Previously, CarPlay took over the entire central screen. Now, it can be pinned and used with our smart cockpit. Our system also supports Apple Music and Apple Watch can independently control the car. Even the rear seat extension screens support iPads. We fully support the Apple ecosystem.
Now, let's talk about assisted driving. We spared no expense on assisted driving. All models come standard with advanced assisted driving hardware. What's included? Nvidia's latest Thor chip, 700 TOPS across all models. LiDAR, 4D mmWave radar with altitude detection. All standard equipment. Our end-to-end assisted driving system with 1,000W clips is also standard. Clips refer to scenario fragments for large model training, three times more than our previous version. Our data was collected by a professional driver team under strict selection. Many media outlets have already tested the 1000W clips version through test drives. Let's take a look at a test drive video.
Mainly it's these few improvements. Let me briefly introduce them to you. First, acceleration and deceleration control. It significantly reduces unnecessary sudden acceleration and braking. It drives like a seasoned driver, making the whole ride experience better. Second, obstacle recognition is more accurate. Evasive maneuvers are smooth and precise. Its understanding of intersections has also greatly improved, making driving through them smoother. So, this 1000W clips version is included in all models of the new SU7. SU7 Pro, SU7 Max, and SU7 Ultra will officially get the upgrade in late July. We place great importance on developing assisted driving because we believe it's the high ground of automotive tech. So, we're committed to deep long-term investment. Here's a sneak peek. Xiaomi's XLA large model will be upgraded in the second half of this year. We've also recently started joint long-term research with Tsinghua University, the University of Hong Kong, and others.
Now, I'd like to talk about safety and quality. Some peers have said safety is the ultimate luxury. I agree. But I think safety is more than that. Without safety, there's nothing. That's always been my view. Safety is the foundation of everything. When we started building cars, we prioritized safety from the beginning. We invested heavily when designing the SU7. Let's take a quick look. After one year on the market, the SU7 has been named car of the year by many media outlets. It has undergone countless evaluations, especially by authoritative institutions. In C-NCAP new standards, we scored 3G+ and 1A, still the highest among sedans. Under the new C-NCAP rules, our score is still ranked first today. Also, in the latest J.D. Power Global report, the SU7 won two first-place titles, especially in the category of large pure electric SUVs. Its quality as a new vehicle ranks first. So, when we received that report, I was especially excited. I want to thank the entire Xiaomi engineering team. They've done an outstanding job. They truly did excellent work. For the SU7, we implemented comprehensive safety designs. For example, we used the industry's highest strength hot-stamped steel, 2,200 megapascals. And we use this ultra-high-strength steel in our anti-collision beams and the embedded roll cage in the A/B pillars. This enhances safety in side impacts and rollovers. It improves safety under extreme conditions. Our armored chassis is made of 90.2% high-strength steel and aluminum alloy. It has a torsional stiffness of 47,610 Nm/deg. That's very impressive among SUVs. For passive safety, we followed the highest standards covering all C-NCAP and C-IASI crash tests. We especially considered female drivers and passengers in this car. We developed full-scenario crash tests using female dummy models for all seats, surpassing C-NCAP and C-IASI standards. This goes beyond current requirements. As for battery protection, our safety standards meet or exceed the latest national regulations, especially in thermal diffusion and water resistance tests. We exceed the new national standards. Building on that, we added the same bulletproof battery panel coating used in the Ultra version. We also added a 1,500 megapascal scratch-resistant crossbeam to further protect the battery. This ensures better battery protection on rough roads. At the same time, we emphasized full-vehicle testing and validation. We used 653 test vehicles and completed over 10.62 million km of testing. Of those, 6.49 million km were actual road tests. Where did we go? All over the country, 53 degrees C heat in Turpan, -41 degrees C in Mohe, and 5,380 m elevation in Tibet's Ali region. The SU7 endured extreme temperatures, high altitudes, snow-capped mountains, deserts, truly harsh conditions. We covered 296 cities over 539 days of testing. A few months ago, our engineers proposed something touching. While testing, why not drive the SU7 along the entire Chinese border? Measure our national boundary with the wheels of the SU7. I was genuinely moved when I heard that. It felt so romantic and visionary. I immediately supported it. The entire journey is 35,000 km. They've already completed 30,000 km. Let's all wait for their triumphant return. As an SUV, we fully validated the car's performance in complex road conditions and harsh environments. We also underwent many third-party tests and received certifications from numerous professional organizations.
Now, is there an even tougher test? A 24-hour endurance challenge for an EV. That means driving at ultra-high speeds continuously for 24 hours, including charging time. This test evaluates the whole vehicle. Powertrain, charging, durability, reliability. It's comprehensive. It's like running a marathon at a sprinter's pace. Can the SU7 finish it? What kind of result can it achieve? We identified four major challenges. First, maintaining ultra-high speed continuously. Second, it needs long-range fast charging and excellent cooling to withstand dozens of fast charges and discharges in 24 hours. Previously, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz attempted similar challenges. In 2019, the Porsche Taycan prototype ran 3,425 km. Last year, the Mercedes CLA prototype ran 3,717 km. When we saw that result, we thought maybe the SU7 deserves to give it a try. Even though it's a mid-to-large SUV, could it complete the challenge? What result would it get? I was shocked, too. We tried it once and got a pretty good result. We ran 3,944 km. After deducting charging time, the average speed exceeded 210 km/h. An average speed like that. Drivers were rotated, but the car kept running 24 hours straight from day to night and night to dawn. It was tough. We charged 30 times, each for 10 to 12 minutes. So, the whole process wasn't easy. This test was certified by KTM and holds great significance. We hope this proves how far we've come in performance, quality, and durability. We also hope it helps us improve our technical capabilities. Let's watch a video together to experience the details of this endurance challenge.
The total distance covered in 24 hours was 3,932 km. Achieving that with a large SUV is not easy. We must continue investing in R&D to make EVs surpass fuel vehicles in long-range endurance. It was truly tough. I didn't attend in person this time, but watching the documentary moved me deeply. This is our Xiaomi SU7. Extremely well-equipped and powerful. I won't list everything. It comes with top-of-the-line standard configurations. It's incredibly robust. At the beginning of this year, the Model Y, which has been the global sales champion for years and is indeed a well-made vehicle, showed tremendous confidence. They even issued a public challenge earlier this year that surprised me. New Model Y, bring it on. What confidence that takes? When I saw that no other brand responded, I just said, 'Okay.' Even if we can't win, it's fine, right? If Tesla dares to challenge, we dare to compare. At Xiaomi, we're not afraid of competition. Today, let's do an official comparison per Tesla's invitation. Let's begin with the standard edition. The SU7 Standard Edition is not entry-level or watered down. It's fully equipped. It's on par with competitors' Max or Ultra models. I want to clarify that because many people often misunderstand. So, how impressive is its range? It reaches up to 835 km. We designed this with long-distance SUV travel in mind. It ranks first among mid-to-large electric SUVs. The standard version alone comes with nearly 100 kWh of battery. So, let me highlight this. Range is the most expensive configuration. If you're comparing configurations, start with range. It costs a lot and demands strong technical capability requirements. All right. 800V high-voltage platform. 465 km recharge in 15 minutes. Super fast charging. The chassis and powertrain are also extremely powerful. It also has a powerful smart cockpit, horizon screen, Xiaoai voice control, and a rich smart ecosystem. Also comes standard with LiDAR, 4D mmWave radar, 700 TOPS computing power, and end-to-end assisted driving. Let's compare it with the Model Y. Our battery is 33.8 kWh larger, offering 242 km more range. Just the battery alone adds around 20,000 yuan in cost, plus LiDAR, horizon screen, and more. Do we still need to compare? Let's not bully them, okay? But if you want a comparison, I've made a detailed table. Tesla is indeed impressive. They're far ahead in energy efficiency and FSD. We still need to learn. The Model Y is priced at 263,500 yuan, while our SU7 offers better specs and a better experience. So, what's the price? I saw many online guesses, but we reached a consensus in just 5 minutes last night. Okay, the SU7 price is 253,500 yuan. We really wanted to give users a more sincere price, 10,000 yuan less than the Model Y with more perks. Let's look at the launch benefits. Napa leather seats 8,000 yuan free. Hyper filter 1,000 yuan free. Electric front trunk 2,000 yuan free. Premium audio worth 9,000 yuan or even 18,000 yuan free. Plus free lifetime use of the HUD. Launch benefits are valid until July 31st, worth 55,000 yuan in total. Fair.
Now, let's look at the Pro version. Dual motor, all-wheel drive, 0-100 km/h in 4.27 seconds, 96.3 kWh battery, 770 km range. Hash 1 among AWD electric SUVs. 800V platform, 425 km charge in 15 minutes. Also includes dual-chamber air suspension. For an SUV, this Pro AWD version is top tier. It has more power, better off-road capability, and handles complex road conditions well. Let's briefly compare it to the Model Y Long Range AWD version. Their price is 313,500 yuan. Our Pro version is more powerful and priced at 279,900 yuan, 33,600 yuan cheaper, plus 55,000 yuan in launch benefits. Sounds good. Many of my colleagues want to buy the Pro. They were shocked by the price.
Now, the Max version. This is a high-performance beast. 0-100 km/h in 3.23 seconds, 253 km/h top speed. After reviewing it carefully, these are truly specs you'd expect in million-yuan supercars. It requires a strong motor, high-power battery, 101.7 kWh, 897V, 5.2C fast charging, advanced thermal management, and upgraded braking. It uses Brembo four-piston calipers and low-metallic brake pads for heat and wear resistance. The whole system is upgraded. It also features exclusive luxury options: a smart dimming sunroof, ultra-quiet cabin, 25-speaker premium sound, electric doors, and a power-adjustable steering wheel. There are eight carbon fiber parts: mirrors, spoiler, ducktail, headlight trim, air ducts, door sills, steering wheel, and dashboard trim. These are exclusive to the Max version. Now, about the steering wheel. I personally love it, but it doesn't support capacitive sensing. If you hold it at the top or bottom on the carbon section, it's fine while driving normally, but assisted driving will constantly prompt you to keep your hands on. If that bothers you, don't choose this option. There's also an exclusive racing red paint option. It's like a touch of red in a sea of green. To sum up, the Max version is fully loaded. High-performance AWD, long-range, luxurious configuration. Compared to the Model Y Performance version priced at 354,900 yuan. We're not even going to compare. Our price is 329,900 yuan. That's a great deal, especially for this level of performance. It's definitely not something 3,000 yuan or 5,000 yuan can buy. Some say there's little difference between the Pro and Max. Come on, there's a huge gap between a supercar and a standard electric SUV. As for perks, the standard version comes with 55,000 yuan worth of freebies, carbon fiber side mirrors worth 8,000 yuan, and carbon fiber door sills worth 3,000 yuan, totaling 66,000 yuan in value. So, that's the configuration, perks, and pricing of our three models. Feel free to take a picture to review it.
We also offer more customization options. There are nine color options. Gemstone green, titanium gray, and lava orange are free. The custom single tone I recommend costs 9,000 yuan. It's the most expensive one. Four interior options. Three are free. Coral orange costs 3,000 yuan. Five wheel-tire sets are available. I recommend two forged sport sets. There's also a worry-free service package for 1,299 yuan with five benefits. First, if your window breaks, insurance may be expensive. This package covers one free window replacement. If it's the front windshield, that's a big saving. Second, two free paint touch-ups. Also, the enhanced version includes a year of free basic maintenance. Highly recommended. As for how to buy, step one, download the Xiaomi Auto app. Step two, configure your vehicle and add it to your wish list so you're ready when it's time to pay. Starting at 10:00 p.m. tonight, pay a 5,000 yuan deposit. You have 7 days to cancel and get a refund. Because of the 7-day period, we expect high traffic in our stores. So, if you decide, lock in your order quickly. We'll produce based on order lock time. Okay. We have a few nearly ready cars remaining, configured per the designer's recommendations. Each features a carbon fiber steering wheel. If that's not your style, these particular units aren't for you. By paying a 20,000 yuan deposit, your order is locked in and delivery will occur within 1 to 5 weeks. We've implemented anti-scalper measures. Within 24 hours, each account can purchase one custom vehicle and one nearly ready vehicle. Using your account, you can order a custom car and try to grab one of the nearly ready cars if you manage to get it. We hope this helps prevent scalping. We also offer new accessories: an integrated sun shade with lumbar support in four colors, floor mats, and trunk mats. There's a first-class cabin standard blanket that's soundproof and rolls up neatly into the second-row drawer. We've created a dedicated pet carrier with large space and dual ventilation windows. We also include a 3-in-1 charger: charging pile, discharge gun, wall charger with 7 kW charge and 5 kW discharge. Lightweight and easy to handle. There's an outdoor camping kit with a table, two stools, a camping cart, and a two-in-one tent/mosquito net setup. We launched a limited-edition folding bike in eight matching colors. Imagine Gem Green, your car and your bike. Stylish. You can also use Xiaomi Auto app points to offset the cost. We also offer a single-tone folding bike. We've designed four stylish sunglasses, non-polarized, each free with car purchase. We include a set of nine stainless steel guide cups, price unspecified. We also offer a 1:18 scale alloy model in four colors. Additionally, a 1:43 collectible-grade alloy model, compact, exquisite, and highly collectible, priced at 129 yuan, a very fair price. For children, we made a 1:64 pullback alloy model car in six colors. The set costs 179 yuan and is mainly designed for children. It has a pullback function. Please note, it's not collectible-grade precision, so I believe buying a box like this for a child would make a great gift. Kids can even share them with their friends. Everyone will be happy.
All right. And now one more important thing. Limited-time configuration change. All users who locked in and paid for the SU7 or SU7 Ultra can switch to the Xiaomi YU7. Cheers. You have 3 days to decide. This does not apply to users who locked nearly ready cars. All right, with that, tonight's launch event is coming to an end. At 10 p.m. tonight, Xiaomi YU7 ordering begins. I know expectations for the YU7 are high and our team feels a lot of pressure. At the same time, we know competition in the SUV market is intense. The YU7 is Xiaomi's first SUV and our first step into the automotive front lines. We will face the strongest rivals and the most brutal competition. But I remain confident because I believe in YU7's product strength. It's not a mediocre ordinary SUV. It's something truly unique. Finally, I want to say this. Who is YU7 designed for? It's for those who cannot tolerate mediocrity. It's for those always leading the times. It's also for those carrying responsibilities on their shoulders yet still holding dreams in their hearts. For the moms who drop their kids off at school in the morning and buy themselves a bouquet of flowers on the way. For the dads who take their families camping on weekends and save a spot in the trunk for their fishing gear. For those who find stars and oceans in the smoke and fire of everyday life. The Xiaomi YU7 is a heartfelt and hardcore love letter from Xiaomi engineers to everyone who loves life. This concludes our launch event. Thank you all. Thank you.
