About Subhash Chandra

Dr. Subhash Chandra, chairman of Zee Entertainment, has continued hosting his motivational talk show "SACH," where he has addressed topics including relationships, self-coaching, and the role of religion in society. In a June 2026 episode recorded at Zakir Husain Delhi College, Chandra discussed relationship-building, stating that "relationships are built without any give-and-take and such relationships last long." He also said that to build a relationship with someone, one must "come to their level" and cited the example of communicating with a driver in simple language. In other episodes, Chandra distinguished between "action" (goal-oriented, thoughtful work) and "activity" (routine existence), and argued that talent is inborn and cannot be transferred, contrary to what some coaching programs claim. He defined a good coach as someone who "only brings out what is inside you" rather than teaching new knowledge. Chandra also expressed views on religion, stating that "humanity is being divided by the narrow thinking of religion" and that most killings worldwide have religion as a basic factor. He described Hinduism, Islam, and Christianity as "ideologies or ways of worship, not dharma," asserting that "dharma is universal." On political matters, Chandra criticized opposition to the Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand, saying that while he accepts opposition to his government or party, "do not oppose the Char Dham Yatra," calling it a matter of dharma, the state's prosperity, and employment. He also encouraged service to the poor, suggesting that donating a percentage of one's income leads to household happiness and positive energy.

Most are today we are going to talk about the future of entrepreneurship, the future of jobs, businesses, what life would be like in the future. Are you ready for some surprises? In your mind, what do you think how businesses will be conducted, let's say, 20 years from now? I think it would be very ethical because we are moving towards growth and it would become more ethical, more established, and more organized. What if I say to you that you will not require any credit card, you will not have any identity card, just this skin? You will just show your skin and everything of yours is known to somebody. We have invited a very interesting personality for you. I think you are actually lucky guys. He is an engineer by profession. After working 15 years as an engineer for IBM, now he is teaching at Da Vinci Institute and he predicts the future, what the future is going to be like. So I'll introduce him to you as we go along in a while and I'll encourage you to ask him questions. We will hear from him what are his predictions for the future. One of the predictions I have been making for the last eight to ten years: there will not be any offices anymore. People will work from anywhere. There will not be any regular jobs. You will not be employed on a monthly salary or anything. You will get assignments, projects. You do that project and done with it. You get your money doing that project. A medical doctor from America, an Indian doctor, if interested, I am cooperating with cancer. Through endoscopy, they do a small cut, they put a pipe inside, do the whole operation, take everything out. The equipment costs two hundred thousand dollars. What he has been able to do there in the US is create another equipment which is costing roughly about forty thousand dollars. He said, so I have a group of scientists, my team in Bangalore, and they will be able to make it in four thousand dollars. That equipment. Now imagine, if equipment is made in four thousand dollars, then in our country, the impact will be huge. I am so... carry my heart at the suture. So all doctors in villages, primary health care centers, with that equipment, people in the villages can also afford it. A lot of jobs will be created. So the whole thing is going to go through a very, very strong paradigm shift. That is what the future has in store for us. You have some questions on this? If you have any confusion, you can ask. Ninety percent of knowledge is on the internet. Do you agree with that? If you want to search, you can find answers to your questions. But still, let us see some of the success stories. I would like to show you one success story. There is Nishant from Meerut. He was preparing for civil services. He gave the exam, cleared the prelims. Then he met Dr. Subhash Chandra. Dr. Subhash Chandra showed him the way. He said, 'Come on, I will give you a job.' Nishant got a job and his problems were solved. So have faith and confidence in yourself and your abilities to succeed. Today, why in India only? Why has English become so important that in any interview we have to speak in English? There are some lacking points on that. The person with good communication skills in English is given more importance. Will that continue in the future in India? I don't know whether it is unfortunate or fortunate. I think if you look at it positively, globally the language of business is English and India has got an advantage over there.
