She noted that roughly 80% of an agent's business still comes from their personal sphere and emphasized the importance of the human element in guiding clients through transactions. Yannaccone has also discussed the Anywhere Inclusive Ownership Program, which she said has welcomed about 90 new diverse owners to the company's brands since its inception in 2020. She stated that only about six percent of brokers in America are Black, despite nearly 14 percent of the U.S. population being Black, and described the program as a way to help bridge that gap. Additionally, she has spoken about the "Balance Blueprint" initiative, which she said involves leadership roundtables with executives to develop a playbook for supporting women and underrepresented professionals in the industry.
