Dibrov described their early decision to name the company "Armis," noting they wanted a name starting with "A" that was easy for Americans to spell and had a Latin-sounding sophistication, ultimately purchasing the domain for $19,000. He also recalled a later incident where the domain expired, briefly taking production offline before it was recovered.
