Shruti Singhal, a structural engineer and the founder and director of Studlence Edutech Pvt. Ltd., has spoken publicly about her personal health and identity. In September 2025, she announced on Instagram that she had been recovering from an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) flare-up, which she said she managed through diet, exercise, and without steroids, calling it only her second flare-up in six years. She stated she was launching a website to share her journey of managing IBD and IBS through lifestyle changes. In a November 2025 podcast appearance, Singhal described experiencing severe anxiety and physical discomfort in April of that year, which she said led her to practice conscious breathing techniques. She credited these practices with reducing her allergies, anxiety, and reliance on inhalers, and stated she now teaches breathing and yoga to her community. In a 2023 interview, Singhal described Studlence Edutech as a platform providing internships and ISO-certified courses to students starting from the 8th standard. In a separate 2023 video, she discussed coming out as a transgender woman to her family, stating she was "born in the wrong body" and had always felt like a girl. She noted that her sister, a doctor, was the first family member to support her, and described the difficulty of explaining her identity to society.
