In September 2018, Heather Campe, then senior vice president of Americas adhesives at H.B. Fuller, discussed the company's acquisition of Royal Adhesives and Sealants. Campe stated that the acquisition expands H.B. Fuller's durable assembly share within its overall portfolio of markets in the Americas. She described the move as aligning with the company's strategic plan to grow its durable assembly business at a faster rate than other markets.
