Uday Kiran Chaka, founder and CEO of Sentry AI, described his company as building "AI security guards for businesses." In September 2025, he participated in a Mentor Connect session with Bob, the chief AI officer at Geneer. Chaka stated that Bob provided perspectives on how to disrupt an industry and conducted a quick assessment of Sentry AI, offering advice on how to position the company to differentiate itself from other market players. Chaka said he planned to stay in touch with Bob and keep him updated on the company's evolution. Chaka noted that he has been associated with TiE (referred to as "Thai" in the transcript) for 25 years, attending events and learning about entrepreneurship, team-building, and fundraising. He attributed his decision to become an entrepreneur to inspiration gained from these events.
