Bryant Yates, Executive Vice President and President of Europe & Latin America at Nature's Sunshine Products, has been active in addressing company distributors in multiple regions. In a 2024 message to Latin America, Yates expressed a personal connection to the company's founding family, stating he has "a great love for the Hughes family" and hopes to bring "some of that spirit and some of that history" back to the region. He described the "secret to success" in network marketing as distributors telling their own stories about why they joined the company Poisson. Yates also announced internal leadership changes in Latin America, including the appointment of Walter Parada as director of sales for Mexico and Juan José Jacome as director of sales for Central America and the Caribbean. In a separate July 2024 address, Yates stated that he was approached by the company to address challenges in Latin America, noting that the European business was growing by 11% despite the war in Ukraine. He attributed this growth to the use of digital tools and social media. Yates challenged distributors to recruit "digital ambassadors" and share the company's story through technology. He also claimed that some influencers who became consultants were earning between $5,000 and $40,000 per month within one to two years. In earlier appearances, Yates celebrated a 50% sales increase in Poland for the first quarter of 2020 and challenged Polish distributors to achieve over 1,000 attendees at a 10th anniversary event in Warsaw.
