About Monica Melancon
Monica Melancon, identified as an alumnus of the Aundh Lighthouse, spoke in a September 2020 appearance about her experiences with anger and behavioral management. She stated that before joining the Lighthouse, she would quit jobs when managers approached her, but that after joining, she learned how to control her anger and face workplace difficulties.
