“I'm also an open source fanatic. I love building and managing and maintaining open source software. It's one of those things that I recommend everybody not to do it. It always sounds like a great idea. Ok I'm gonna build this thing and I'm gonna publish it and world will love me. That's not true. The world doesn't love me and the world doesn't love me and it's a lot of work but it's very very worth it. The reason I don't recommend doing it is because it's a lot of work and so many people stand up open source projects and then they die.”
