He stated that NHC's mission is "to be the senior care leader in customer and investor satisfaction" and said that nurses have the most impact on customer satisfaction within the organization. Ussery said, "In short there would be no NHC without you," and expressed appreciation for the nurses' leadership in centers, home cares, and assisted living facilities.
