“I've tried honestly to innovate in a way that doesn't sound like innovation in technology where we are in Silicon Valley but it does really make a difference in the service industry. We haven't really did some remarkable things and I wasn't going to give you some of the statistics but I'm not okay and I'm trying to improve the industry a lot.”
