Glenn Sanford, founder, chairman, and CEO of eXp World Holdings, participated in the company’s first quarter 2026 earnings fireside chat on May 11, 2026. During the call, Sanford noted that the company changed its stock ticker to AGNT, describing the move as "the clearest possible statement of what this company is and who it's built for." He characterized eXp as "a platform business built by agents, built for agents," with four connected offerings: eXp North America (now a multi-model option through Next Home), International (the fastest-growing segment), Frame VR (virtual infrastructure), and Success (the culture and growth layer). Sanford stated that Success Certified Coaching completed its first cohort and that the second cohort had started, adding that Success Coaching alone should move the Success segment into net income by 2027. He also said the company launched Success Events, which he described as "a bit like the Zillow of personal development." Sanford provided second-quarter 2026 guidance of revenue between $1.36 billion and $1.45 billion, and full-year revenue between $4.85 billion and $5.15 billion. In an April 4, 2026 interview, Sanford recounted the early history of eXp Realty, saying he obtained a real estate license in 2002 while looking for his next project. He described a formative experience in which he received $6,000 in profit share from a group of 184 people, leading him to conclude that "if we ever build a company, we're going to do revenue share, not profit share." Sanford said the downturn in the housing market gave the company "no choice but change the entire model." He also recalled telling colleagues, "We're not getting our offices back. We've got to build a defensible business model that's not dependent on bricks and mortar."
