About Scott Bridges
In a September 2024 appearance, Scott Bridges described his early experience entering a room of real estate syndicators, many of whom had completed hundreds of deals. He recalled that about half of the attendees had syndication experience while the other half were newcomers. Bridges said he spent two years building a foundation in syndication before doing deals himself, and he emphasized that practical experience is necessary to fully learn the process.
