Regnery said the data center pipeline is "more robust than I've ever seen it before" and that there is "a lot of demand right now" for the foreseeable future. Regnery also addressed the company's focus on sustainability, stating that while it "might not be fashionable right now to be talking about sustainability here in the United States," Trane continues to do so as part of its purpose. He said that 30% of global energy goes to buildings, 40% of that is for heating and cooling, and that most buildings waste about 30% of the energy they pay for, which he described as an opportunity for the company to help customers save energy and lower their carbon footprint.
