In addition to helping countries identify those risks, try to prevent and mitigate them, the IMF will also really need to focus on helping countries make stepwise mobilization of resources to mitigate climate change, build resilient economies, and focus on green structural transformation to create new growth trajectories for a climate-constrained world.”
