Kenneth Tuchman, chairman and CEO of TTEC Holdings, has spoken about the company's public health and community engagement initiatives. During a Denver Health Foundation event in November 2021, Tuchman described TTEC's pandemic response, including moving roughly 60,000 computers to employees' homes and purchasing about $1.7 million worth of vaccines for the Philippines. He stated that companies have a responsibility to support employee health and that such efforts are good for business. Tuchman also discussed TTEC's philanthropy model, in which employees write grant proposals for their communities and pair funding with volunteerism, and he argued that the healthcare community should push for action against what he called "raw sewage of misinformation on social media." In a 2020 LinkedIn broadcast, Tuchman urged employees to vote, calling it a "civic duty" and describing the 2020 election as "one of the most important elections in history." He encouraged early voting and volunteering as poll workers.
