Subileau argued that performance is achieved by gathering different profiles who share company objectives and values, rather than people with similar thinking. She cited specific diversity initiatives, including a diversity club open to all employees and a nursery program for young recruits, noting that 30% of Transdev's 7,500 French recruitments in the prior year were young people. Subileau stated that companies should move away from spending time on PowerPoints and emails and instead focus on living, talking, and exchanging.
