In a December 2019 holiday message, Scott Hudson, President of Vistra Energy Retail, thanked Ambit Energy consultants for what he described as a successful year. He stated that in the first month after Vistra’s acquisition, Ambit had its best month ever in terms of new consultants joining the company. Hudson said the acquisition would allow Ambit to go further than it had before and encouraged consultants to attend Simulcast 2020, which he described as an opportunity to hear about work being done to improve the company and to receive insights and tools for success in the coming year.
