Marwan Hachem, CEO and founder of Bnpl Holdings and co-founder of Fears Off Cybersecurity, appeared at the ABC Conclave 2024 in Dubai in October 2024. He described Fears Off as an offensive security firm that simulates cyberattacks on centralized exchanges to identify vulnerabilities. Hachem stated that within a few years the company ranked first on the Hall of Fame top-hacker lists of multiple exchanges, including Binance, OKX, and Bybit, and that it serves as a security partner for Tron Network, HTX, and PONX. He said the company is developing in-house tools and plans to make them available to the broader security-researcher community, moving beyond its current B2B service model.
