Elizabeth Peterson, Chief Commercial Officer of Clean Earth at Enviri, has been involved in youth development, arts education, and speech coaching. In March 2025, she joined the 906 Adventure Team as a staff member, discussing her personal connection to the program through her son's participation. She stated that the foundation of the program is "acceptance" and that "failure is part of our ingredient list for life success." Peterson also emphasized the importance of encouraging children to face challenges, saying, "It's hard to encourage and put your kids in a position to do hard things and potentially face failure, but if you put them into the right situation with the right people in the right organization, it's going to pay off." Peterson has also worked as an arts integration specialist and founder of The Inspired Classroom, where she promoted social emotional artistic learning (SEAL). She argued that SEAL should be "embedded into what teachers are already doing" and that "the teacher is by far the most important part of the classroom."
