“The business case question always comes back, and I think it's a mix. On the one hand, you do have tangible benefit—you can calculate the return on investment for Flow VP. If you don't pull the sample anymore and get lead time reduction or no person in the QC lab coming in at night, that's a positive. But we also try to convince people of the less tangible benefits, like additional data to better understand the process, leading to a better manufacturing process at product launch.”
