“The Kinetic Group is a newly formed company. We formed in October of 2024 when we sold or when we got acquired and sold. So we formed the Kinetic Group, we were Vista Outdoor, which was a big company in the sporting goods side, and we were a public company and we decided to split the business up into the ammunition being part of the business and outdoor products with brands such as CamelBak, Beretta, Bushnell, all the fun accessory brands. They sold. So, we split the business up and we got sold to a company named CSG. And when we sold, we had to form our own company, which is the Kinetic Group, which is the largest ammunition manufacturer in the world brands. It's a house of brands. So, Remington, Federal, CCI, Heavyshot, Speer, Estate, BNP. So, we have all of those brands and they make up the Kinetic Group. So, all we do is ammunition and owned by a Prague based company, CSG, big defense company over there.”

Vanderbrink also mentioned that the company has introduced lines of ammunition for suppressors, which he said are popular following the repeal of the tax stamp requirement, and that suppressors pair best with subsonic rounds such as 300 Blackout for minimal noise.
