Gaurav Juneja, chief operating officer at Consolidated Communications and Fidium Fiber, discussed his leadership philosophy and the role of fiber broadband in a June 2025 podcast. He stated that he believes fiber optics infrastructure "enables the American dream" by bringing connectivity to underserved parts of the country.
