“We completely changed the way we communicated internally and we went to Microsoft Teams and before that we were kind of dawdling trying to figure out what we were going to do. We got it rolled out in two weeks in all locations because we had to so it was like okay gang we don't have a choice. We have to do this and lo and behold we had strong people in our home office and our store locations and we got amazing massive things done in a very short period of time.”
