Martina Cheung, president and CEO of S&P Global, has been leading the company through a period of strategic change, including the planned spin-off of its mobility division into an independent public company. At the company's 2025 Investor Day in New York, Cheung discussed the next phase of S&P Global's growth strategy, emphasizing organic revenue growth, margin expansion, and productivity initiatives. She noted that over 95% of the company's revenue comes from proprietary benchmarks, data, and tools. During the Q3 2025 earnings call, Cheung announced the planned acquisition of With Intelligence, funded through incremental debt and cash, and an additional $2.5 billion share repurchase program.
