Jeffrey Katzenberg, co-founder and managing partner of WndrCo, appeared at the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas alongside WndrCo general partner Justin Wexler on the podcast The Speed of Culture. Katzenberg discussed WndrCo’s approach to venture investment, describing the firm as “truffle hunters” seeking early-stage technology companies with unique founders, products that have achieved product-market fit, and the ability to scale. He noted that the firm focuses on solving real enterprise problems. During the conversation, Katzenberg shared personal observations about brand marketing, stating that after 40 years in the field he is “100% confident that 50% of my brand marketing works. I just don’t know which.” He described AI tools as “empowering me to do things I never imagined before” in composing, writing, and creating, though he added that “they’re not doing it for me.” Katzenberg also offered two pieces of advice he credited as formative: “exceed expectations” and “never let your memories be better than your dreams.”
