At the CXUnifiers 2025 event in Nashville, Read described Sprinklr's platform as "AI native," stating that the company has used an AI engine for the past eight to ten years to process unstructured data. He said that the company's platform is built to unify customer engagement across social, digital, and contact center channels, allowing brands to create a single "voice of the customer." Read argued that AI's value is unlocked when combined with contextual data and workflows, and he described a "flywheel" of learning between human agents, co-pilots, and agentic AI.
