Find the funds, universities and AI labs that should be buying our data, get them on a call, and keep them using the trial until they pay.
About CEOInterviews.AI
We turn what executives say on podcasts, TV and conference stages into verified, speaker-attributed transcripts. The archive holds 250K+ of them and covers every company in the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100. Hedge funds and asset managers with $200B+ in combined AUM use it, along with university research groups and AI labs, through a web app, a data API and an MCP server.
The role
This is our first go-to-market hire outside the founders. Today Lucas and Anthony run outbound, trials and the @CEOinterview X account alongside everything else. You would take those over and work with both of them every day.
Most days you will read what an executive said on a podcast last night, decide which portfolio managers need to see it, and write them two sentences they will actually answer.
What you will do
- Build target lists of hedge funds, asset managers and university finance departments, and work them by email and LinkedIn.
- Book first calls for the founders and own the follow-up.
- Set up trials. Load the prospect's watchlist, send transcripts on companies they hold, and check in while they are still using it.
- Write posts for the @CEOinterview X account from the week's interviews.
- Write short research notes and one-pagers we send to prospects.
- Keep the pipeline current and report each week on which channels produce paying customers.
What we are looking for
- Two to four years in a go-to-market, growth, SDR or marketing role, ideally at a B2B data or software company.
- Short, clear writing. Bring cold emails that got replies.
- You follow markets, and you know why a fund cares when a CFO changes their tone on a podcast three weeks before earnings.
- Organized enough to run a dozen trials at once without dropping one.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to the buy side or to university research groups.
- You have grown a social account or newsletter and can show the numbers.
- Enough SQL or Python to pull your own lists.
Compensation
$90,000 to $120,000 base salary. The range applies in both Los Angeles and San Francisco. Where you land in it depends on experience.
How we hire
A 30-minute call with Anthony. A working session where you draft outreach to three real funds and walk us through your choices. A conversation with Lucas, then references.
How to apply
Email your resume to [email protected] with "GTM Specialist" in the subject line. A LinkedIn link is fine if your resume is out of date. Add a few sentences on why this role.
