In a September 2024 video tour, Jennifer Rice, a real estate agent with Keller Williams and the Evo team in Fishers, Indiana, toured a tiny home in Noblesville alongside fellow agent Jennifer Heavilin. Rice described the home, called the Deluxe Dragonfly Cottage, as "amazing" and noted that it was built and manufactured by a contractor named DMR. She stated that the home is 280 square feet, comes fully furnished, and is priced at $115,000, with custom builds ranging from $100,000 to $175,000. Rice said the home is available and that "creative financing" could be explored, adding that it is "made for one to two people." During the tour, Rice expressed personal enthusiasm for the property, saying, "This is going to be my next home — I'm so excited; let's just forget everything and leave and go get one of these tiny homes." She also stated that she would include her and Heavilin's contact information in the video for viewers interested in connecting with the contractor.
