2026 Women in Digital Infrastructure | Elaine Cheng, Shentel
Elaine Cheng, Chief Information Officer at Shentel, joins JSA TV’s Women in Digital Infrastructure series to share how her career in technology began unexpectedly and evolved alongside the growth of digital infrastructure itself. In the conversation, Elaine reflects on entering the industry during its early stages and learning as technology rapidly developed. She encourages women to take opportunities even when the path isn’t clear, stay proactive, and look for ways to lead and create impact wherever they are in their careers. #WomenInDigitalInfrastructure #DigitalInfrastructure #WomenInTech
