Hello everyone, valuable participants of the 7th Human Resources Summit. I hope you and your families are well given the pandemic. When considering the challenges HR needs to address, I thought about systematic, long-term solutions. Often we deal with culture and talent management. I wanted to share an example from our talent management system at Şişecam. Organizations are affected by economic changes, societal values, technology, and sustainability concerns. Automation and Industry 4.0 require new skills. For Şişecam, which has 22,500 employees in 22 countries, talent management is critical. We built a system called 'One Team, One Future'. We defined talent: for leadership potential, we use learning agility—there is a Chinese proverb: 'When the winds of change blow, some build walls while others build windmills.' For expertise, we measure motivation and capacity in their field. We used three tools: manager evaluations, inventories, and assessment centers. We cover almost all levels, from young talent to top management. We have different development programs: for top management, middle management, and specialists. We believe the journey itself is success, emphasizing collaboration and creating value together. After two years, we saw that this integrated approach created a big picture and real value. It improved flexibility and resilience, which is increasingly important. I hope you enjoyed the presentation. Thank you. I can take questions.
