Hello, YouTube. I've just arrived in Berlin and I'm about to go on stage to launch quite a few new Dyson products. Welcome, everybody. Thank you for coming. You may have noticed some Mini cars around the place. This is the designer, Alec Issigonis. He made the first hot rod, a very small car that could take five people and their baggage in just over three meters. He did it with a transverse engine driving the front wheels and very small wheels, giving a lot of space inside. He's the inspiration for our PencilVac. We're putting an entire vacuum cleaner into a simple tube, only 38mm in diameter. Here it is. The entire vacuum cleaner is in this tube, with four conical brush bars, two motors, four gearboxes, filtration, motor, electronics, and a hot swappable battery. The motor is new, the size of a two euro coin, twice as powerful as our previous motor. How did we get to this incredibly small vacuum cleaner? The first point was the bag. I realized as a consumer that the bag was disgusting and responsible for killing suction. So I developed a system alternative to a bag: a motor, a tube, and a cyclone separator. Now almost all vacuum cleaners in the world, except robots, are like this. The V8 is the latest with an updated digital motor, no trigger, and a hot swappable battery. We've got the PencilVac and the Piston vac with conical brush bars that compress dirt. It knows whether it's on carpet or hard floor and adjusts the motor. The new Hyperdymium motor is a fraction of the size and weight. Compression gives three times the bin capacity. It can come with a Submarine head to wash the floor and keep dirt in the cleaner head. Now I can reveal a new machine to clean floors. One problem with mopping is spreading dirt. We've done tests to stop that. Every rotation of the brush must add fresh water and squeeze off dirty water, so only clean water and roller touch the floor. Existing machines suck water into a container with a filter, getting dirty. We put everything in the cleaner head, which you can wash out. No dirty duct or filter. This is the conventional one picking up dirt and going onto the filter, a horrible job. Our roller has a scraper separating matter from liquid, a very hygienic system. We have a long history of robotics. Our first robot had 80 sensors, but we decided that wasn't clever. So we developed a robot that could see, the 360 Eye, and our latest Vis Nav with Spot+Scrub through AI. It interprets images, goes over a stain, takes a picture, compares, and goes back and forth until removed. It's the only robot that does this. We have a great interest in aeronautics. We have the world's oldest running jet engine. Why? Because we make fans and fans make noise. The aero industry shows how to kill noise and improve airflow. With this machine, we have a different outlet that increases airflow and reduces noise. We made a very small purifier that can clean a room up to 100m² with a long life electrostatic filter. We invented a fan without blades. When launched, nobody knew what it was. It works by having a small airflow that attracts in other airflow, multiplying by 20 times. Powerful, no blades, easy to clean. Balloons go through it. We've got a new Cool and Hot+Cool, both 30% more powerful and quieter. Using the air multiplication principle, we recognized we could do a hair dryer but needed a new motor. We developed an even smaller motor and came up with the Supersonic, with the motor in the handle. Then Supersonic r, used at Paris Fashion Show. We couldn't fit the heater inside the bend, so we developed a new type of heater, the world's smallest, 1700 watts. We've got a new Airwrap with a new Hyperdymium motor giving twice the power and a new barrel giving twice as effective Coanda effect. We've doubled its potency. Now I'd like to ask my great friend Larry, who cut my hair yesterday, to demonstrate how to use the new machine.

For me, I was around and really had a part in talking to the engineers and James about the first Airwrap. So for them to now move it forward and bring out Coanda 2x is absolutely amazing. The power in this tool is twice as powerful as the old Airwrap, so you get that real strong retention, which I'm going to show you with the barrels. But you also get all these different attachments, making it a 6 in 1. Let me just come back. This is my lovely model Fleur. James has completely turned my industry on its head. Back in the day, it was a conventional old hair dryer that used intense heat and damaged hair. James's key message was hair health. All his tools have intelligent heat control, maintaining hair health while giving longer lasting style. You'll see the power. You hold it here, see how it grabs the hair strongly. You just take it down and roll it up. With the new Airwrap Coanda 2x, you can click it into i.d. mode, pair with the Dyson app, and it does everything for you. It gives a certain amount of seconds to let the air hold, then goes into Dry mode, then a Cool shot automatically, defining your style and locking it in. Turn it off and you get this perfect curl. Also incredible is that James has brought out products that work alongside it: the Chitosan range gives nice flex and bounce, and the new Omega range, especially the leave-in conditioner and oil. James will tell you more. In fact, shall I let you talk?

There's the huge 20 hectare greenhouse which grows strawberries all year round. We're also growing sunflowers and more products for formulations. This nourishes hair and scalp, makes hair stronger and glossier. Here are the sunflower fields, harvested to make sunflower oil. You can put it on your hair like this. Do you want some Omega, Larry?
