Mr. President, on behalf of the people of Monga, I thank you and your new government through the Electoral Commission of Zambia for the creation of new constituencies. Furthermore, we are proud of your government for turning the free education policy into law. This achievement will improve the lives of our schoolgoing children to achieve their dreams without being chased from school due to lack of fees. Finally, I want to thank your government for increasing the CDF from 1.6 million to 14 million, then to 40 million. This increment will enable us to implement more projects that benefit our people and improve their lives. Mr. President, as you are aware, that is too fast. We are humbly requesting you and your government to consider us with another district. Lastly, we are requesting your assistance on the completion of our modern district hospital. We believe this project will not only improve healthcare but also create jobs for our youth. I want to thank you for coming, and may Almighty God bless you. Thank you so much. To the next speaker, that is the provincial chair. It is now your turn.
Mr. President, Mr. Hakainde Hichilema, President of the Republic of Zambia, President of the United Party for National Development. We welcome you, sir, into Minunga District of Northwestern Province, and we are humbled that Minonga is the district you chose to kickstart your campaigns out of all the districts in the province. We thank you and welcome you, sir.
Partner President Dr. Mumba, Mr. MPF Charles, PZ Upper, Secretary of National Management Committee, constituencies, branches says, 'Allow me to honor all the protocols that have been observed.' President Charles. President Charles Chanda. President Chanda, you can come and greet your people. Greet them and show how you are supporting your brother.
My name is Charles Chanda. I'm the president for UPZ. I have decided during this election to rally behind President Hichilema. Just one minute, my president needs to hear this. We have had so many presidents in this country, and it is only during the tenure of President Hichilema that the God of heaven has decided to open our eyes to the God that is in this country. That is divine approval for President Hichilema. Let's give him a vote on the 13th of August. Thank you.
Hello, hello, hello. Comrade Akinda, the president of Zambia and the president of UPND and the coming-in president, former Vice President Neimumba. May I say all protocols observed. I have a message for all of you here. I want you to listen to my message. I am a freedom fighter, and God is still keeping me alive. The message from freedom fighters is that you should all vote for President Hichilema. If you don't vote for President Hichilema, this country will go into reverse for 35 years. He is the only one who is doing what Kaunda did in this country. Free education was there during Kaunda's time. When others came in, there was no freedom, no free education. But Hichilema came in and brought free education. A big gun for him. Thank you so much. And now we move on to the next speaker, that is PF Manta. We invite you on the board. You're here to speak to many.
