Allow me to invite onto the stage two very special guests, very special guests. I warmly invite them. Listen, I don't need to introduce my beloved wife, but I want to introduce Ronia. I want to introduce a dog, one of two sisters that we adopted 9 months ago. You might ask, what the hell is this dog doing on this stage? I'll answer you: darling, I'll tell you why the dog. Because when we were first at Judyta's foundation and our dog saw our little son, it was she, not her sister who is more timid, calmer, although she is exceptionally loving, you'll agree, she threw herself at our little son, licking his face. She chose her home, she trusted us. And we decided to tame her. A dog is man's best friend. A dog feels our emotions. A dog knows us. A dog learns. A dog, like no one or like few animals, forgives us. A dog is an animal. We have more dogs in Poland than children. 49% of households in Poland have a dog. Poles love dogs. Taming, my dear, reminds me of taming a dog taken from a shelter. Her sister is timid because she was most likely beaten. And what is that exceptional link with AI is precisely this taming. 9 months ago, our project, the show that I will show you in a moment, looked like that dog that threw itself at my little son, at our son, and simply was unruly, didn't know any commands, did something else on the mat. That's how our project looked 9 months ago. There are many people in this room who witnessed the taming of artificial intelligence at InPost. Let's thank the wonderful ladies who helped us here. I see the boss stayed longer. My dear, thank you very much. And this is the moment when I want to show you our great friend.
A new chapter in Polish history. What new? I present to you, my dear, our II. Wonhalski. Let everyone whisper the name of our assistant and you'll understand why it's called Wonhalski. Wonhalski, because it has an exceptional nose for searching, an exceptional nose for finding what you look for every day: the best possible offers. It's also the best friend of the buying human. My dear, why a dog? I touched on why a dog, but really we didn't want to create another AI assistant that, with a star, looking in almost every case is a soulless technological tool. Wonhalski is to sniff out for you and your customers the best possible offers. This unique tone of voice is to show once again that InPost has a soul. We are not just technological matter that exists only because it has to. Underneath is technology, but what you see is emotion. My dear, I will show you the new InPost mobile app very briefly before we move to the live demo. First, we changed the home screen. You see elements that are perfectly familiar, such as the panel with parcels, send, return. There is my InPost, which has many useful functionalities, settings, but really what is most important is under the icon with a dog. That, my dear, is the coming revolution, where the buyer will be the beginning of the shopping journey for every customer. I will show you in a moment a demo version, which is a beta version, a working version, about which I will say a bit more in a moment, but which will reach 16 million of our users within a few weeks. My dear, allow me to play for a moment.
This is what the app screen looks like. The start screen, as I said. You could say that many of you in this room have certainly tried searching for products in various assistants. So let's do this simplest scenario together. I'm looking for coffee beans. Our assistant is very quickly able to recognize our intention. It prepares a so-called carousel, in which products appear. I'm looking for my favorite. Oh no. We have, of course, a detailed description of offers from various partners. I add to cart. Delivery and payment. Yes, that's my favorite parcel locker. Yes, that's my favorite predefined payment method. I order and pay. I confirm. The whole thing takes less than a minute. My dear, that was a very simple scenario that can already be seen in global online stores. And let's try to express an intention that is understated. I heard that Andrzej Dragan released a new book. Help me buy it. Key: new book. Key number 2, text. Here you go. Yes. This is Professor Dragan's latest book. It happens to be a price steal. The purchasing process is just as easy. Well, you could say that scenario was also simple. Can my assistant learn me and my preferences? Find me a silk tie in my favorite color. I'll tell you right away that my favorite color comes from previous purchases, where I love navy blue. Yes, that's my favorite color. It's even navy and brown. Below you see so-called pills, which are navigation elements designed to further simplify and speed up the shopping stage. Let's see if a checkered pattern in navy has a chance to be found. I don't know if this is exactly that checkered pattern, but it's definitely navy. My dear, the key element is creating a personalized knowledge base about each of us. If we look at it through the prism of possible scenarios, imagine that a product has run out. I don't remember the name or I don't remember the store. What does the attempt to refresh that history look like today? We go to a traditional marketplace and search the history of what we bought before. I ran out of perfume. Find the one I bought last time and add to cart. My assistant remembers all my purchases. Yes, it was Paco Rabanne perfume, exactly those. Why is this so important? Because we really want, as I said, add them to cart. It added them to cart. That means we shorten the time needed to make a purchase even more. Allow me to buy them a bit later, but let's imagine another scenario.
A scenario where we have technological products. Let me ask a different question. Who in this room is an iPhone user? Oh dear. Well, I assume we all face the same problem when iPhone shows its new series, which is the best in terms of parameters, and which one to buy, at what price, and where. Show me different models of the iPhone 17 series in white and silver. Keywords: white and silver. The assistant understands that I don't like dark phone colors. It prepares recommendations for the 17 series. And now let's compare those we want to check. What features do they have? Let's compare the most decked-out model, the Pro Max, maybe with the regular one. The assistant continuously enriches its knowledge about your products. I read comments from many merchants who wrote how it happens that they didn't have product descriptions and they were automatically supplemented with key data during integration with our partners. Yes, we help our partners supplement data about your own products so that every consumer has a chance to choose as accurately as possible what they are looking for. Here you go. We have a comparison: operating system, front camera, rear camera, batteries, dimensions, connectivity, and so on. We are able to compare the most complicated products. Well, now for those who like fashion: show stylish handbags from Gino Rossi. Keyword: stylish, meaning those that were described that way in magazines and media. I think I don't carry handbags, but I think they are quite stylish. We can narrow the search category. Of course, it's spring. The assistant is able to naturally narrow them down only to beige ones, because I selected those, or in shades of brown. Here you go. Well, but if not fashion, then what else? Imagine a situation. I'm renovating. I need specific tools. I'm renovating. I need a screwdriver above 400 PLN. Keywords: what, for how much. We have drill-drivers from renowned companies, because those are most often in this price range. Sort from lowest to highest. The assistant executes all our commands. We don't click, we don't sort, we don't search for information online to precisely select a specific product.
So let's do a hardcore scenario. I'm leaving in a week for a three-day picnic with my son who is 10 years old. Suggest clothes and key equipment, assuming we will sleep in a tent, which we also don't have. The assistant starts searching the catalog of offers, contextually matching not only products, but begins to understand: first, that it's in a week, so it will still be cold. Therefore, it suggests rain jackets, because it's supposed to rain in a week. It suggests headlamps, camping stoves, a rain jacket for my son, trekking boots, mats, tent, sleeping pads, trekking boots for my son, not just for me, sleeping bags, first aid kits, and so on. Think about this specific case: how long would it take you to search for all these products in the traditional way? And maybe one more. I adopted two dogs from a foundation. Suggest what I need to buy for them to start. This is a real-life case. That's exactly how it was in our case. So a classic starter kit for our four-legged friends. We have bowls, shampoos, harnesses for dogs, collars, leashes, food, treats, beds, and even poop bags, hygiene pads, and so on.
Before I give you the floor, maybe one more topic that awaits me personally. I'm going to a 50th birthday of a colleague and I'm looking for a gift for an audiophile who likes classical sounds. What products do you recommend as a gift? Audiophile is not the easiest word, which is a keyword. As you can see, the assistant also corrects syntax and grammar, even though it loses words. But the text can still find the intention. We have record players. Great. There are vinyl records, amplifiers, headphones. Please add the most expensive record player plus 5 vinyl records and the most expensive amplifier, because I like my colleague. My dear, buying gifts with Wonhalski will be wonderfully easy. I hope all the ladies in the room will feel special, and the gentlemen will find relief in their hearts. My dear, I receive information that in my cart there are records, a record player, and also the earlier perfume that I didn't manage to buy. Allow me to remove it from the cart in an absolutely intuitive way, the way each of us, knowing the iPhone interface, has. Well, my dear, I've outlined several scenarios for you, and now: what can I buy someone? Go ahead, but out loud. Don't be afraid. This is a beta version.
