Something new. Hey, everybody. Welcome back to New LU. I'm Ty.

And I'm Sam. This is the end of the week of our CEO summit. So if you're a CEO in the room, welcome. We're happy to have you. If you've contributed something to society, I'm sure we love you for it. For sure. I know we have important people in the audience, especially from Chick-fil-A, CEO of Chick-fil-A. If you can hear me, I think you guys should do a partnership with Panda Express orange chicken sandwich. That'd be a great idea. Anyway, I'm getting off topic. We've had a lot of special guests this week, a lot of great things this week, and it's just getting started. We have even more stuff, so stay tuned. Next week we're kicking off our Freedom Uncensored conference happening in the School of Music Concert Hall on October 24th and 25th.

Yes, this is a unique opportunity to attend a conference that stands for fighting for truth and speaking boldly in a culture that changes, and special recognition of the legacy of the late Charlie Kirk. Yeah. So if you're interested in these, you can get tickets ASAP. Yeah. And for more information about scheduling and the mission behind this event, go to standingforfreedom.com.

All right guys, you should have all gotten access to the Sodexo Dining Services survey. So take it. This survey guides all the food changes we want to see on our campus. Yes. Like, why am I getting a protein shake on the way to the library? Just questions like that you might want to answer anyway. Anyway, we all like good food. Dan Cathy, you might have something about that. Like Panda Express orange chicken sandwich is what I'm saying. Anyway, if you do the survey, you get free AirPods and deals.

If you picked up your Operation Christmas Child box after camp on Wednesday, perfect. It's time to fill it. And if you didn't, how dare you? Just kidding. They'll still be available after camp come November 5th. So you have all that time to fill that box with plenty of great stuff for those little kids and they'll be collecting them November 15th. Scan the QR code for more information.

It's beginning to look a lot like coffeehouse tryouts are still going on. If you haven't signed up, you have until tomorrow, October 18th, to do so.

And if you're super lazy and you haven't. Sing it, Sam. No. And if you're super lazy and you haven't done your video yet, you have 61.5 hours to get it in. You didn't sing it, so they don't care anyway. This is your last chance to be a part of the show, so please be a part of the show.

Our sports teams have a busy weekend coming up starting tonight through Sunday. That's right. We got ice hockey, field hockey, water hockey. Just kidding. It's not a real thing. By the way, our field hockey is seventh in the nation, so let's go field hockey. We also have softball, all the sports. Yeah. Make sure you show up to all the games decked out in red, right? As you're on our team, the Liberty Pastoral Counseling and Care program has just kicked off grief groups. This is a place where you can begin that time of healing. If you're suffering from the loss of a loved one, these groups have kicked off this week and they will continue through November 20th. You guys can text the number on the screen for more information.

Hello to everyone watching online, whether you're watching from home or work or your car. We're so happy you're here. Yes, last week we heard from Caroline from Long Island. Hello, Caroline. And then we heard from Sarah from Ontario, Canada. How exotic. If you guys are still watching, start digging in the chat, twin. Let us know you're here. And if you have never commented before, comment now! We'd love to meet you and see your words while we're talking to our online watchers. We know a lot of you guys are alumni, which means that you're invited to Homecoming weekend on the Mount from October 30th to November 1st.
