Oh, hello. Hello. Oh, what's this? A special seat. Huh, but you can only see from here. I want to see over there too. Want to see. Want to see.

Yes. Hello. After this at 5:30, the live event starts, and they asked me to warm up the crowd beforehand. But here I am, stuck with this task. Well, while we're at it, does anyone have anything? Complaints, requests about the auto industry? And questions, if you have any. What? What? Airplanes? Huh? Oh, I'm sorry about the delivery time. I'm really, truly sorry.
Really, delivery times are tough. Making you wait. Generally, there's the vehicle inspection timing, and you needed the car from the start, so you purchased it but were told to wait a little longer. Anything else is fine. Whatever you ate is fine. Yes. Yes.
Audience Member 1:29 ↗
My name is Takada Tetsu. My name is Takaika. Thank you.

The question was about the future Toyota envisions. I've heard you're already doing city planning. Well, you know, Warren Buffett, that famous investor, asked me the same thing.
So my answer at that time was: I don't know. Buffett actually respected me immensely for that honesty. However, he told me: don't just do nothing. Take actions now, make statements, so that the future 5 or 10 years from now will look different from today.
So the actions we take now may not be the right answer. But even if they're not the right answer, the experience gained, even the failures, are valuable. That's different from a future where we do nothing and just wait for things to happen. So if you don't know what the future holds, build connections with others who also don't know, and together create a movement where we can say 'it'd be great if we had this kind of future.' I think that's what's needed.
I'm just an old man. Lots of old men came today. Just warming up the crowd, that's all. Yes. Where did you come from? That's embarrassing. Embarrassing, isn't it? Sorry about that. Please, go ahead. Does anyone have anything?
Will EVs disappear? Well, EVs are one option. So what I'd like from a rule-making perspective is to have various paths and various energy situations, so there are more choices for vehicles. We are seriously working hard on EVs, but the idea that it should be only EVs is questionable. So I don't think they'll disappear, but I don't think it will become only EVs either. Does anyone have anything? Yes, go ahead.
