He called for urgent action on France's deficit, criticized the dissolution, and attacked opponents of inheritance tax. Gattaz presented his book 'Win More, It's Now' with 30 reforms, including working more hours, reducing RTT, and cutting public sector jobs. He advocated for profit sharing, employee share ownership, and his 'Profit, People, Planet' theory. He voiced support for entrepreneurs and small businesses while criticizing excessive bureaucracy.

Every second, we lose 5,000 euros of deficit. Besides, I wouldn't sleep in Emmanuel Macron's place. I couldn't sleep. When I hear the other one, excuse me, who talks about taxing inheritances, that guy hasn't understood anything. He hasn't understood anything. We're going to be the only country in the world with socio-communism. It doesn't work. Social communism doesn't work. In a company, there are always problems. You have to overcome them. Then, you need passion. If you do something with passion, you're not working. And finally, a little bit of madness. You need a little bit of madness to say, for example, 'Long live the rich, long live profits, and long live productivity.'

Pierre, Pierre, what an honor, what a pleasure. Thank you for seeing so many of you. We'll be very numerous tonight at 7 PM on the hill, you'll see, in this extremely identity-driven space in the best sense of the term, since that's where Cannes started here at the Avocat. In any case, thank you for seeing so many of you. We are very impressed to see so many mobilized from 7 AM, but I must say the program is excellent. I will come back to it quickly and start with Pierre Gattaz who will address us with a few words right away, our great witness before a closing in the late afternoon with our guest of honor Jean-Jouille Bouchet who I will say a few words about later is doing something extraordinary in Belgium to make the ideas of common sense, pragmatism, freedom, responsibility, property, and human dignity win. In short, everything that is at the heart of our project for the renewal of France and Europe. I thank all the teams of Nouvelle Énergie. I see Alexandre Martin here. So, I can't start listing them, but we have a magnificent team, both professional and commando. The commando only wants to expand and that depends on all the means you will mobilize for that and that you will obtain. But also a magnificent, exceptional team of volunteers. Some have been accompanying me for almost 30 years, can you imagine? And I express my immense gratitude and my immense recognition here, I do it tonight, my first deputy who is vice-president of Nouvelle Énergie. I hope you took the time this morning to pass by the seaside, especially for those who come from afar, to look at the most beautiful. There is no pun, no ambiguity, but the most beautiful of horizons. It is here. There, I shouldn't have said it. It is here. After, you have to be careful with the horizon because the horizon is always a mirage. It's always a point that we can't reach. We are pragmatic and concrete. But the [applause] you looked, there you simply looked at the Mediterranean and the sky. It's the Mediterranean, it's the cradle of humanity, it's the cradle of humanities according to the magnificent Greek philosophy and Roman law, it's simply, I believe, the most beautiful setting to place an agora, to meet in a forum, all these words with an ancient sound that brings us back to the necessity of making democracy a living, stimulating element. Democracy only dies if we don't use it. And we have decided not only to use it, but to make it win, to give power to those for whom power is intended, that is to say the inhabitants, the French. And that's all that animates us for Nouvelle Énergie. But I won't give you a speech this morning that's too long because tonight I don't know if it will be too long, but it will be [throat clearing] in any case, it will be in a configuration without a written speech. So for the worse or for the better, there, that's what I wanted to tell you. In any case, look at this Mediterranean, look at this sky and then arriving from Cannes Centre, arriving from the Suquet de Forville which is the center of the world in places like Salvador Dali, it's not the Perpignan station, it's obviously [grumble] Forville and the Suquet. And arriving here at the Avocat in this place which for us is simply both symbolic but above all real, that is to say it's a place where we build the future. Here, my dear Pierre, dear friends, there was a few years ago before I was mayor an old gas factory. An old gas factory that had been closed in the 70s and it was planned, it came up like a recurring issue, an anonymous, rotten shopping center. Well, when we saw it sprout for a very long time. Well yes, that one wasn't beautiful. We have beautiful ones in Rangin, we have a very beautiful one, I won't name the brand my dear Annie, but so an anonymous project and so on. And there, we decided to make a university campus and on the same site to make a place for cross-fertilization between the university, research, investment, entrepreneurial creation. And we faced not only the constraints that accompanied a site that was an old gas factory, but we faced all the technocracy, the bureaucracy that mean that any project whose everyone recognizes the relevance, which posed no financing problem, becomes itself a gas factory. And that's another subject. And so this first stage of our campus here, it is meaningful, of common sense, that is to say of meaning and direction. And in this building which had been announced to host 800 students and today we have 1200 students working on a second, I didn't say secondary campus, well students by definition around 36, 37 programs even now of creation especially audiovisual creation from bac + 2 to bac + 8 and in the same building companies, start-ups, more established companies, but also meetings with business angels, with financiers. In short, what makes emulation, what makes spontaneous order as Hayek would have said, what simply makes the vitality of a society and I am happy that it is today the catalyst, the ferment of our reflection with several domains that will be addressed and thank you again to all the speakers really from the bottom of my heart. Some are members, supporters of Nouvelle Énergie, others are sympathizers. So I won't put everyone, I won't conscript everyone in the support committee in any case today. But in any case, I really wanted to thank all the speakers who will follow in these round tables where we will apprehend the world, how to understand the revolution of the next 10 years of robotics, quantum, AI and how to master it, dominate it, make it an element of quality of life, prosperity, wealth for all inhabitants and not of submission and alienation and social control. How indeed transmit, how cultivate a French spirit, a French culture in a country which otherwise has a universalist vocation and that's what makes the greatness of the French Republic. There, we must all feel French when we embrace the duties of France, whatever our origins or our beliefs, that's the greatness of the French Republic. That's why all racism is an objection. In short, to address the future, to address the future, to do it lucidly on all the catastrophic French decline, but also motivated on all the assets we have in us and in particular creativity. Creativity which will be the great quality, the great virtue, the great asset in the coming years and which will make France a country, an Eldorado in a continent which itself will regain an ambition. In any case, it's a bit incantatory and performative as they say, but that's all I wish for if we remove all those who led us into the wall, if we ensure that all those who lecture us and explain to us how to reduce the debt while they increase it every day are not still in power by avoiding demagogic and extremist adventures. There. [applause] So, thank you again to you all. [applause] Thank you Jo Alexandra Bourot and I greet the senator and to whom I wish with her magnificent team, isn't it my dear Gill Sima, to whom I wish the most beautiful of futures by our side and that she contributes from the Senate to give new energy to France. But in any case, thank you again for your presence and it is for me a great honor and a great pleasure and I really want to thank him from the bottom of my heart to pass the floor to Pierre Gattaz. Pierre Gattaz, [applause] he arrived with his book, his latest book. It's a man I learned to know, to discover. First, I listened to him on TV when he was boss of MEDEF. MEDEF has no vocation. He had demonstrated in his time to be an institution that takes notes from Berry, huh. It's wonderful MEDEF, my dear Pierre. Obviously, how did Frank Tapirot who will speak later say it? There were the summer universities of MEDEF then there were sometimes the summer universities of the State, huh, of MEDEF when we heard the seven shades of statism that expressed themselves during the secondary debate of the afternoon since the essential debate had taken place in the morning with Roussell. [applause] [acclamation] But what I like about Pierre Gattaz is that he has a very clear course, very solid convictions, that he is at the heart, I believe, of what brings us together, that is to say how to liberate the creative forces of our country obviously, but that he is also a great pragmatist, he has demonstrated it and that above all he always brings back to the essential everything he evokes and everything he does in companies, that he did in the professional union world, I don't know if that's the right expression. And what he does today as an influencer, there, as a bearer of ideas, that is to say to bring back to the essential, that is to say the human. We are not here to demonstrate that a system is good. That's it, that's a modality. The goal is the human. It's to ensure that our children and grandchildren for those who have them, can have hope. It's to ensure that the employee earns more and that the boss is more competitive, that the company is more competitive. It's to show that everything we must do to modernize the State, reform the public apparatus, strengthen training, bring training closer to the business world and the business world and training, everything that makes us competitive investment, what we call capital, that we make retirement not the enormous constraint of public accounts, but the immense resource for financing companies for the next 100 years simply serves the individual so that he earns more, so that there is more social mobility, so that there is more justice in the company, in society and in life. And what I like above all, I will finish on this and I will have respected my timer almost, is that Pierre Gattaz in addition has a side in him very determined, very clear, but always good-natured in the best sense of the term. You know that among the books that I have committed, that I have committed with Christophe Tardieux on Pompidou, there is a Pompidolian side that I like in Pierre. There, so I ask you to give him the best welcome. Because he is the best, [applause] he is part of the best of France, not this kind of fake and dubious concept of New France, but of beautiful France, of true France, of great France. Thank you Pierre, you have the floor.
