Good day. I hope you are doing well today and having a truly pleasant and successful day. Things are going quite well for us. We have decided to pay out dividends totaling 850 billion rubles. These are the highest dividends in our company's entire history. We very much hope that with favorable market conditions, we will achieve record profits by the end of the year, and I also hope that we can then distribute a 50% dividend. We are not deviating from our obligations and hope to fulfill them completely.
I also wanted to say a few words about our programs. We have now adopted a major program to restructure assistance for entrepreneurs and citizens of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol. We are carrying out restructuring, granting payment deferrals and loan suspensions for up to a year, both for people who were harmed or whose property was damaged, or if health issues occurred, as well as for entrepreneurs. Of course, the situation in Crimea is currently difficult. Therefore, we understand this and will do everything possible to ensure that businesses can survive during this time.
And we are currently conducting very extensive programs to support the regions. You asked me to try to maintain all regional programs, and we are maintaining them. Today, we are conducting various types of charity programs in 31 regions related to urban development, support for childcare facilities, children's homes, and psychoneurological institutions for children. And we are paying great attention to two other areas. That is education. Also, following your instructions, School 21 has been opened in 31 federal subjects today. This means we have a waiting list, and by the end of the year, we will open 20 more campuses.
Engineering education, especially preparation in the field of mastering modern technologies and artificial intelligence, is naturally in high demand. We have a large influx of people everywhere — young people, actually people of all ages. Our oldest student is 61 years old. This is in high demand, and the corresponding program was adopted in a timely manner, as was the support for participants of the special military operation. Together with Sberbank, we have issued a card that serves as both an ID for participants of the special military operation and a payment instrument. And among other things, we have set up a special deposit account for participants of the special military operation with a higher interest rate on their savings.
I would also like to say a few words about the topic of medicine. We are currently doing a great deal in the field of using artificial intelligence in medicine. We have launched the latest ATMs that have a diagnostic function integrated into them. By placing your fingers on the scanner and looking into the ATM's camera, we determine changes in health status and provide recommendations if it is necessary to have certain things examined. This technology has spread. Our project for digital medical service centers has become incredibly widespread across the country. We are currently producing a large number of them and deploying them in the regions.
We are used to a medical point being a stationary location where there is a medic and some equipment. And when a person gets sick, they have to go there. We have developed a suitcase. It is a bit heavy, but inside is all the equipment for diagnostics, and the medic can perform an ECG or an ultrasound. All devices are very easy to use and medical personnel can handle them without any problems. There is a portable X-ray machine there that works just like a camera. That is not complicated at all. Basically, all the equipment that you would normally find in an average polyclinic or district clinic actually fits into this suitcase, and the sick person no longer has to travel anywhere.
This digital point comes directly to the patient's home, and the region usually purchases such a unit. We train our staff thoroughly on how to use it and then provide them with a means of transport, such as an e-bike or a simple vehicle, so they can get around easily. Right at the person's home, the device performs all necessary measurements precisely, and all this valuable data then flows directly into the artificial intelligence. You can then immediately contact a specialist doctor at the touch of a button to conduct a detailed online consultation.
There is the assessment from the artificial intelligence, there is the doctor's opinion, and the doctor then guides the medic on what to do next. Either the people affected are helped right on the spot, or if it is something serious, an ambulance is sent immediately and the person is taken to a district or regional hospital. And basically, you can say that this is exactly where we took the first important step in our digital village project. But when we saw the results after the experiment, we had a 120% increase in visits to this digital health station within 3 months. This means some residents used it practically two or three times, and we eventually developed it further so that it is now basically a small district hospital solution in a suitcase.
We are receiving a lot of support from the Ministry of Health. Thank you. We are doing this all together. All the devices we pack into this suitcase are certified. Our AI has also passed certifications, including medical examinations and tests in various other specialized fields.
