Key Quotes (2)

“What's the best jurisdiction in Australia to permit a mine today? It's actually Victoria. And I urge you to go and look at the stats. Over the last 6 months, we've permitted four mines in the jurisdiction. No other place in Australia has done that. So that's what it looks like. Let's hope the trend continues. There's certainly great willingness in the state to build its industry. Critical metals h”

“The greatest destructors in our business of net asset value are capex, opex, I can't control those at the moment. We're drilling out this deposit, but I can control the third, which is time. So, the decline brings forward the drill out three times as quickly.”

About Michael Hudson

Michael Hudson, President, CEO, and Managing Director of Southern Cross Gold Consolidated, has been actively promoting the company's Sunday Creek gold-antimony project in Victoria, Australia, through conference presentations, investor interviews, and corporate updates. He has described the project as a multi-million-ounce, high-grade gold discovery with antimony as a significant byproduct, stating that gold accounts for roughly 80% of the in-situ recoverable value and antimony the remaining 20%. Hudson has highlighted the project's strategic importance, noting that antimony is a critical mineral with supply dominated by China and Russia, and has said the company is working to help rebuild a Western supply chain. He has also emphasized the supportive regulatory environment in Victoria, citing the permitting of multiple mines in the state and the approval of an exploration decline at Sunday Creek, which he said was granted in four months. Hudson has detailed the company's expansion plans, including scaling its drilling program from around ten rigs to over twenty, with the goal of publishing a maiden resource in early 2026 and advancing technical studies. He has reported strong drill results, including intercepts with high gold grades and antimony credits, and has said the deposit continues to grow with ongoing exploration. Hudson has also discussed the company's financial position, noting it is fully funded with a substantial cash balance, and has highlighted the backing of major shareholders and institutional investors. He has described the project as one of the few high-grade, tier-one gold discoveries globally and has expressed confidence in its potential to become a high-margin mining operation.
