So Elevance Health actually is a new name that we introduced in June. You may know the company previously as Anthem, but over the past three, four, five years we've truly evolved into something greater than an insurance organization. As we think of our company, it truly is a health company, and we introduced the name Elevance Health in June to really reposition ourselves as a different company. With any new name, you've got to go out there and tell people what it means, why, what does it stand for, and why did you change the name? Wasn't Anthem a good name? Why did you move to Elevance Health? All really good questions. As we always tell everyone, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield is not going away; it's one of our strongest go-to-market brands. But we wanted to create a holding company name that allowed us to talk about Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, talk about our new brand that we introduced, WellPoint, and then Carelon being our services brand as well. Helping everyone understand the strategy, bringing the team together, making sure that we all understood what we had to do on a pretty much daily to weekly to monthly basis. When I think about how we were able to pull this off, we actually did the rebranding project probably over just the course of a year. For a Fortune 20 company to be able to rename a company, get it out there, we actually had to ask our shareholders for approval as well to go through that process, and then ultimately launch the new brand. It really took the power of a coordinated team to bring this together. Many times you can go out, you can do a campaign, and you go, okay, we've got this great idea, now I've got to go out there and I've got to find the proof points to back up this campaign. The best thing about Elevance Health is that we've got more proof points than I know what to do with. It's the ability to take those proof points and go out and tell the story in the right way. We think about our responsibility as Elevance Health: it's about working in our communities, it's helping people get access to care, it's helping people get access to healthy food. There's lots of food insecurity that's out there in terms of what can we do to truly help those communities. Our purpose is to improve the health of humanity. When you think about that purpose, you can go and look at the proof points that we have, whether it's helping someone stay healthy over the course of their own life journey, where we're their partner as they go through that. We think about mental health, such a big area that we're all focused on, tons of different resources that we have that we're able to talk about how we can help individuals from those perspectives. The more and more you dig into Elevance Health, you realize that there's all these proof points that we can use, and then it's really about putting those proof points in the right buckets so that we're able to talk about it and really make sure that everyone understands what we truly mean when we say Elevance Health.
