As we move through the pandemic, it gives us pause to reflect on a whole bunch of things around leadership, around our work life, our professional development, and very specifically how careers look in the new era, in the new environment. How do we think about the new environment? Is this continued flexibility, is this a combination of in-person and virtual for many office workers? How do we think about career experiences in this kind of environment? Many questions associated with that. So all this put together really made us think about what we can do to address that and provide an opportunity for further career reflection, career development, and provide some tools. And of course, our ambition at Aptar is we have top talent around the world; how do we make sure that we help everyone realize their ambitions at Aptar and build a successful career for the long term?
