Well, I think we will see the same synergy we've had since the pandemic, where organizational priorities changed. It's not just about generating resources and implementing a business strategy, but also about caring for the psychological and physical well-being and productivity of collaborators. Human resources today becomes a key piece of the organization, hand in hand with the CIO, to implement these talent attraction strategies in a world where we are seeing a shortage of the soft skills required by the digital era, to motivate personnel according to their generation, gender, marital status, religion, age, sexual preference—all of which means we have to be much more customized, if you will, in terms of retention and benefits. And finally, HR today has to be a key piece for the competencies the company needs, not only today but in the future.
