Before stepping into conversation, every guest in The Pressure Room faces a conceptualized workout designed to push limits and mirror the pressures they deal with in real life.
This isn't just fitness - it's a test of focus, discipline, and drive. Watch Anuj push through every rep, every movement, and set the tone for the conversation that follows.

0:26So Nathan Kamat Sema, how are you guys feeling to the camera?
Enter at your own risk. Welcome to another episode of the pressure room, a podcast like no other. This is where we get crazy super fit entrepreneurs to come and show us what they've got. Today's workout is going to be chosen by them because we believe in democracy. But before any of this, the reason why we do all of this is to tell you, the young India, please do not use the chaos in your lives to tell us that you do not have 25 minutes to invest in yourselves. So Nathan Kamat Sema, how are you guys feeling to the camera?
As usual, they're excited. They're pumped. And they're going to basically teach me a little bit about being strong. But before we get down to any of this, Sema, please come here. You have to choose because we believe in democracy. That is a workout. That is a workout. That is a workout. I will not tell you what workout is behind any of these cones. You will choose. And let's see your football skills. So Nathan, it all comes down to Sema.
This workout is called pain. We start strong with a 50 m kettlebell carry. Keep your core tight and your grip firm. Follow it with five burpees. Then move straight into 10 plate ground to overheads. Clean, full extension every time. Back to the 50 m kettlebell carry. Stay steady. Don't drop pace. Next, 15 push-ups, smooth and controlled. Then 30 squats. Drive through your heels and keep your chest up. Carry the kettlebell for another 50 m and hit 40 mountain climbers. Quick and consistent. Then finish with 50 star jumps to empty the tank. We close with 50 m of burpee broad jumps. Your final push. That's one complete round. The survivor has to do as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes. Basically, this is the workout. Very, very simple.
Okay. Yasha is going to be keeping count. She's the judge. No one slips. No one forgets. After every round, please don't show off. I will ask you one rapid fire question both of you. All right. Shall we start?
They were nice, huh? Yeah, they did legs. Anyone who's watching, by the way, this is the criteria. If you want to get funded by brain matter, you be ready to do pain, agony, metal, moch. When I say be ready, you better not die. Guys, you have to come to Doom school, right? You have to take your son there. Show him the music school.
