Hey Sierra, can you hear me? Okay. And I guess you can see me. Unfortunately. So that's great. Well, it's good afternoon here from Utah. I don't know where you are, but you might be all around the world or on the East Coast, but nonetheless, hi. Thanks for coming on. It's always great to be on Sierra's calls because then I can really focus a little bit more on the science, if you will, and help you understand why we do certain things and how we put all these different new products, whatever that we do on the product side together. For intents and purposes there is some method to our madness. So two months ago we chatted, I think some of you may be on the call and so on, where we talk about the latest innovation that we have and that was the Prism, the device, the new biophotonic scanner where we can actually measure the antioxidants in the skin or at least in the body. And now what we have taken with that particular device innovation is the fact that we can actually translate what that antioxidant status means. In other words, when you get a particular score and so on, it really means something related to nutritional health. That is a great leap forward because while there are other scanners or devices that will measure it, they have not been able to do that because for a variety of reasons, the most important one being they haven't done the scientific studies, the correlation if you will between what does it mean when you have a certain antioxidant score versus and how that translates and gets linked to for example obesity as a great example. You know, we now have data and where we can show that if you have a high BMI level, you're going to have a low score for all things being equal between two individuals. Okay, that's a translation. And you can't do that if you haven't done the studies. In fact for the Prism, if you recall and I hope you do and appreciate, is the fact that it took us 20 years to get to this point where we can do that translation. So today I'm going to sort of go on to the last four products, the most recent four products we have launched and sort of help you understand exactly these four products for intents and purposes. They do fit together, you know, they're not stand alone and siloed and they have nothing to do with each other in terms of helping the body to stay healthy nutritionally and so on. So I'm going to go through some of these products. There are four of them. And I'm going to bring on some slides because that will help Martha particularly in so far as what are the points that I may wish to raise with you and take it from there. Okay. So I'm going to click Sierra on the share button here and I'm going to click on this one. Okay. And I'm going to minimize the faces. Can you see it? Right. So, I'm gonna put it on slide mode. So, good. You can see it. That's great. It's sort of fortuitous, too, and lucky that in a way Sierra mentioned that I'm bringing out a new book or a new edition of the Aging Myth, the book that I wrote on really primarily oh my goodness more than 10 years ago and it was focusing on what I call Age Lock, right, that's the sources of aging, how we were using genetic technology or gene technology to assess these genetic sources of aging to develop our products. That was a great story I think and something that we put together in that book. In the new edition, what I'm trying to do now is again a translation, right, and after 10 years we now know when certain things change at the genetic level, it tends to have a very profound effect at what I call the physiological level, the biological systems that operate inside our bodies. Okay. And one of the chapters that I have created in the Aging Myth is really focused on this Venn diagram I call it, right, and that is how no one process or no one physiological system actually dominates, they all interact with each other. So, we're going to talk about metabolic health today, but we already talked about mental health, I believe, once again maybe on a previous science call where we talk about the Mind 360 products, right? So you should be aware of that and how we managed to develop those four products that we had in the mental health category and how they interact together to sort of break the vicious cycle that we get ourselves into and that can compromise our mental health. So that's one category as well or at least one component of staying healthy that we have addressed. So today we're going to talk about the metabolic health and we're also going to talk a little bit about microbiome. This would be the gut population of bacteria and how on earth when you think about it, essentially why on earth do we have so many bugs or bacteria living inside our gut? What are they doing there? How did they get there in the first place anyway? Right? And why are they always there? Because if you don't have them or you don't have this healthy microbiome for intents and purposes, you're going to have a lot of GI issues. Okay? So, we'll talk a little bit of the microbiome also. So, you can see all these circles are interacting with each other. And today I'm going to talk about the products on the metabolic health side and then a little bit about this product that will actually help your microbiome to stay healthy and that would be the new Bio drink that we have developed. So keep this in mind as a backdrop if you will because that should put things into perspective for you and why each and every one of the product is really important and is really good for you and perhaps consider all of them in totality rather than in isolation. First of all about metabolic health though, when we talk about metabolic health what do we really mean? Well, what it means is that metabolism, right? It's about sort of operating our body. Think about our body as an engine. Okay? And you got to run that engine. You got to have that engine functioning. When you put gas in, you're right, the engine works or the engine is running and therefore you can move. It's the same with metabolism. And these are all the biochemistry that happens inside the body. And therefore what we want to do is to make sure that biochemistry, all these biochemical processes and so on are operating at the optimal level. Okay. So when you look at the body from that perspective, many scientists and many studies have been conducted to really let us know that only one in eight people can actually demonstrate that those processes, those biochemical pathways and processes are actually working optimally. In other words, to be considered metabolically healthy. So it's a huge market if you want to look at it from a business perspective or the demographics, right, is that everybody will need these kinds of products to support and to perhaps supplement what they're already doing to make sure that their metabolic health stays at the highest level, healthiest level. Okay, so that's really why we are so interested in metabolic health and I already mentioned metabolic health is all about this body chemistry and biochemistry, all these pathways and they all interact with each other, right? And if these biochemical processes don't work, your body stops running. It's that simple. So that's why we developed that product called Meta. Yeah. And you may have noticed that every time we talk about Meta, our folks like to bring out the purple color. And it's because of the ingredients that we use to comprise Meta. Okay. We actually like to think when we first developed this product and launched it that Facebook was so excited about the name whatever that they actually changed the name of Facebook to Meta. Only kidding. However, it was fascinating the timing. So now metabolic health is once again, when you look at something, right, we want to know what is causing it and we keep on coming back to the fact that metabolic health is very much connected to your lifestyle. It's a choice thing, you know, it's how we live. And before we started to adopt some of these sort of, like it or not, sometimes our lifetime choices are not the best and not the most optimal for a variety of reasons. Sometimes not even through fault of our own, right? But invariably, that's why it came down to the fact only one in eight people can actually maintain optimal metabolic health. So in other words that gives us a great hint that we can actually influence it. Okay. And therefore we can actually define or at least develop a solution to this particular issue. Not much point having an issue and they say there's nothing I can do about it because I don't know where to go. But here we really have a very good insight into how we do it. So some of these unhealthy choices would include staying inactive. I mean for intents and purposes, especially in the world of digital streaming now we're becoming actually even more of a couch potato, you know, so become very sedentary. And unfortunately to accompany that we tend not to focus on eating a healthy meal and that also contributes to an unhealthy metabolic health level. Sleep is another stress factor and I think we talked a lot about sleep when we discussed the Mind 360 if you will. One of the products was actually to help you have a good quality of sleep and similarly here it also will affect metabolic health as well. So sometimes when you think about it, right, so look you already go to sleep and if that's the predominant lifestyle choice that is affecting my metabolic health, I just take the sleep product and you can sort of handle everything and manage your metabolism very well, right? Well we like to think that you can manage at the top spot if you will, the sleep, the cause of it, but it would be nice to have something downstream that can also help the metabolism directly and that's what Meta does in that sense. Okay, so it's upstream versus downstream in terms of our approach. So that's what healthy choices again remember, right? I like to say that not all our products, in fact, not any of our products are actually miracle drugs. They're not cure-alls, if you will, right? They're not magic bullets. They will help you. They will definitely bring you the improvements and so on, but it will work even better when you start looking at your lifestyle choices and adopt some of the good ones. That will make the products work even better. Okay, so that's what we are. So what does the research that our scientists have been working on to come up with Meta, and it really came down to this very colorful ingredients called anthocyanins. Yeah, this is another one of those technical chemical terms that if you drop it in a cocktail party for example, you'll be very impressing everybody in that party. You know, hey, have you heard about anthocyanin? And they will sort of stop and say what is anthocyanin? Well, simply put, these are the colorful ingredients that you can actually isolate from berries. You know, all the blueberries, blackberries, whatever berries and so on, they're all purple, right? And deep color brown at a very minimum and so on. And you already know, right? Berries are great for your breakfast. That's why people add berries to your yogurt, to whatever cereals, and so on and so forth. And because intuitively, you sort of know those berries are good for you. Well, we now know why they're good for you. And it's because of this anthocyanins. Yeah. So took us seven years, I mean and not just alone, everybody else in the scientific community as well, to come together and after seven years I think we had a good handle on this anthocyanins. And really there's so many of them and we can't possibly want to take each and every one of those anthos, there literally 30, 40 of different types of anthocyanins and put it into Meta. We really wanted to find and identify the most potent ones and we did but it took several years to come to this point and that's really came down to these two specific types that once again I have to go chemical on you and let's say one of them is called cyanidin and the other one is called delphinidin, right, these are just chemical names but these are the ones that we isolated, tested them, evaluated their potency in our scientific tests and found that they are the most suitable and the most effective ones to put into Meta. So it's very different then, I mean there are other products available and they might even tell you the story of anthocyanin and so on. The big differentiator and once again it comes back to the science that we do, right, and because science is not something that you say, science is something that you do and we've done the scientific studies to show you that we selected the best quality and the most specific type of anthocyanin to put into Meta. Okay, they're very special, I mean we've done all the studies to show that. So that's the difference. And importantly also, when we say we're offering a daily dose of 215 milligrams, that is a dose that we think or we know from our studies to give you the most efficacious benefit and once again it's not just the identity of the ingredient that we have to know, we also have to know how much to put into a product before it can give you the benefits. Okay. So many benefits you can get when you take Meta daily and I won't go through all of them but for intents and purposes you can see it translates to a variety of benefits. Yeah. And in fact this Meta is also an Age Lock product. So you affect the aging genes too if you will, right, or the age-related genes as well. So it's a very comprehensive type of product and then it's only two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening and it's an easier take consumption in terms of the number of pills you have to take, right? Okay, so that's Meta, right, it's our most comprehensive metabolic health product, almost like a cornerstone, a foundational product for improving your metabolic health. I mentioned the gut and that is the bacteria that we have in our GI tract. So we have a product that can help those bacteria as well and that is New Biome, right, this is a drink and it's actually, you know, the flavor is good for intents and purposes but perhaps if I give you this description it can help you to appreciate what the New Biome actually is all about. You know when we think about improving the microbiome most of us if not all in fact up to this point would say look, you know, all we have to do is go to look at probiotics. Every company does that, right, and that's a good approach, no denying it because probiotics for intents and purposes you can define them as the good bacteria that you are trying to put into your gut to repopulate the gut flora with these probiotic bacteria. That's what it does, right? It's almost like seeding your lawn again, if you will. Okay. However, what does it mean to call a bacteria, a gut bacteria good or beneficial? What does it do? I mean, is it just because it's a bacteria and it sticks to the inside gut wall and that's all it does and that's good for you? Well, what we have found through scientific discoveries and so on is the fact that the good actually comes from these bacteria secreting products directly in the gut. So it's actually the product, the bacteria product that is doing all the good and none of the bad. So and collectively there are several of these good bacteria, collectively these kind of products secreted by these bacteria they are sort of called postbiotics. A very new understanding and a new breakthrough in understanding why maintaining the microbiome is important because it actually is a living ecosystem. It's almost like the living world inside your body and they all interact and somehow it secretes together collectively substances that we now know are called postbiotics and that will help the microbiome stay healthy and that health will translate and be transmitted throughout your body. Okay. So we have included, we now know the identity of these postbiotics now and we have included it in New Biome. Right, there's also another thing that we have to think about, we got to feed this bacteria. The bacteria, the good probiotic is sort of a living thing, I mean they got to eat, right, and we also now know what they're eating is some kind of a fiber and so on that they chew on, you know, or use a non-scientific name if you will, and that's how they stay healthy. So those kinds of fibers are known as prebiotics. So now you can imagine we have a probiotic product and it's been around forever in Nu Skin and you can take that but now we have covered all the bases if you will, right, so you got a pre-feeding the bacteria and after that if the bacteria stays healthy it shoots out these products, well we're going to supplement it by adding a clean amount or clean level of these postbiotics. That's New Biome. It's not just about one particular approach for the microbiome. So these ingredients, this is XOS, very chemical name, technical, but that's the prebiotic I was referring to. Okay. And then we have another one that's the BPL1, that's just a product of a postbiotic that helps in the gut. And interestingly enough we even have caffeine in this New Biome. And that's because we believe that, you know, it can be a healthy source of energy and also at the same time the caffeine will actually have some other sort of benefits as well, health benefits as well. Surprisingly in that sense if you will, right, you always think that caffeine is just something that going to make you climb the wall but it's actually have some other metabolic benefits also. And then finally it's the anthocyanins I mentioned to you, right, and once again this one, we isolated this one particularly in the New Biome, we added from or extracted from the pomegranate and lots of data to show that pomegranate extracts containing these so-called polyphenols will help in terms of promoting your antioxidant status. So once again, quick benefits chart on showing you what it does. It's a great drink. Once you don't have to worry about pills now, if you will. So and you use this and for intents and purposes, you can see that you can get a very good microbiome centric benefit. It's me. So here's the science that we did. I mean we can sort of at that point in time frankly, if you're not a Nu Skin we would have stopped there and said here's the product it works, right? Well we tend to do one step further if not several steps further and that is to conduct our own clinical study and here's one that we did, right, this is with, it's not a disease study because we really want to talk about nutrition and we really want to talk about healthy individuals and so on. Yeah. So, we did a study with these healthy adults, if you will, and we give half of them a placebo. In other words, not New Biome. It tastes like New Biome, but really it doesn't have any active ingredients in it, if you will. And then obviously the other group, we had them drink the New Biome. So, that's a very simple design. So, we study them for a month. Okay. So at baseline when you, and this is something that all of you on this call may appreciate, how should I say, you can actually feel this benefit, okay, it's a bloating phenomenon that happens, all of us tend to somehow, you know, we always get into situation we say I feel bloated today, you know, I don't know why but I feel bloated and when you look in the mirror actually you do look a little bit bloated. All right. So, and we say that would be a good endpoint because really that bloating that you see, a lot of it is actually associated with the microbiome. Okay. So, we're saying look we really believe that this thing will actually sort of promote microbiome health. It ought to have an effect on bloating. Right? So, we did a study and you can tell from the charts. It's not really difficult to understand these charts. The three colors that we have it just show you mild, moderate, severe bloating. Okay. And then the number of subjects at baseline and then after week two and then week four, you can see that they all begin to shift, you know, at baseline, you know, was before the New Biome. Okay, it's pretty high, significant in both the moderate and the severe category. Those guys up, they have a lot of bloating and slowly over a period of four weeks they're starting to shift and in fact, you know, 64%, in fact more than half the folks reported back and say that they don't feel so bloated anymore which is great, right? Whereas on the right side, you know, those guys that have been drinking that they think they're drinking the same product and so on, this is a placebo group, no shift, they all stay bloated. The percentage never changed. All right. At best maybe we got 14% of these folks say, 'Oh, I don't feel as bloated as before.' But when you look and statistically compare 14% versus 64, we can find every time New Biome beats out the placebo group. Okay? And it's fast. It's not something that you have to wait. It's one of those products we have where we develop whereby it's sort of really within an hour you can start seeing a lessening of the bloating, you know, and whereas on the placebo group, oh yeah within an hour we don't get any reports back that they're feeling less bloated. So it's fast, it works over a period of a month and so on. And therefore I think this is a great product for many people, you know, especially when it's for some of the skeptical ones, if you will, they say, 'I don't feel anything.' Well, when they use this product, they're going to feel it or they actually going to see it on this particular graph or photographs, right, as progressive reduction of the bloat in his tummy area. Okay. All right. So, that's a quick run through on the New Biome. I hope you appreciate where we came from, when we developed it, and how we developed it. Here is a product that we developed back oh my goodness, I think it's almost six, seven years now, right? Age Lock Youth. Some of you may recall what I said back then, some of you may not, but for intents and purposes again when we develop this Age Lock Youth product is one of our cornerstone products. Unlike LifePak, which is the other product that we have, we really focus this product on being the most advanced anti-aging supplement. It's not to take care of nutritional deficiencies like when we developed LifePak, this one is really all focused because of our genetic knowledge and the youth gene clusters or whatever way that we describe our Age Lock technology to you. This particular product is really good, is based on that kind of science and that's why it's the most advanced one. So you know I already mentioned it, it's proprietary, the natural ingredients and so on and particularly this is important why you need to take this is because many of the ingredients through our research are ingredients that you normally don't get enough or at all from your natural diet. Somehow it's missing from our diet. So we're really in a way supplementing your diet very effectively with Age Lock Youth. Okay. So it's and you don't have to really focus on these colorful charts, but they are just what we call gene expression profiles. We use our gene chips to generate these kinds of data. And it's really a fingerprint, a genetic fingerprint if you will. So, I'm showing you three fingerprints. One from a healthy person, if you will. Okay? Healthy aging, if you will. That's what you normally would see. I think even without, there are thousands of genes there, by the way. All right? But I wish you would focus more on the overall pattern. Okay? In other words, that's the fingerprint I want you to look at rather than individual genes. Blue means that that particular gene is not so active. Okay? And there are different shades of blue. And then green is somewhere in the middle. Again, different shades. And then red is on the opposite side of the spectrum. And that is that gene is highly active. So in sort of like in our scientific jargon we would say some of the genes are upregulated and some of the genes are downregulated, not so active. And then we took some individuals and we gave them Age Lock Youth and then remeasured that individual. And you can see the fingerprint that we got off after I believe this 12 weeks of Age Lock Youth, that genetic profile looks awfully similar to a person with healthy aging. It's to us, that is like it's almost in a way pretty dramatic to see such close resemblance between healthy aging and somebody who has consumed Age Lock Youth and then somebody with typical aging and this would be typical aging, not really disease and every, but they're really all the metrics that we look at and so on it shows that they're really aging fast and from that person. It's almost a flip of the genetic gene expression profile. Very dramatically different. Right? So we have been able to reverse if you will or reset the gene expression profile with Age Lock Youth. So that's important at the genetic level. We know it's working. Okay. And then we follow up with some clinical studies. And this is important because clinical studies are way more meaningful. Okay. Okay, you got gene expression change. So what, you know sometime you can be asked and that is that well it translates. It translates because when we look at the brain after Age Lock Youth, larger areas, look at the ones with the green area, larger areas or more areas of the brain are lighting up after taking Age Lock Youth compared to the panel on the left where you, I think you would agree with me, way, oh, same section of the brain. Now, by the way, it's not like I went in and essentially crack open the guy's skull and took his brain out to look at it. No, this is done with a, is really MRI scan except this is what we call even more sophisticated type of scan is called functional MRI. All right? And you can actually see the brain activity with certain procedures and the green shows us the much larger areas lighting up after Age Lock Youth over the same period as I show you on the genetic data. And then that's not all. We did another study on the skin and this is easy. You know when you can induce a skin inflammation reaction fairly quickly and it goes away, you know, after a certain period of time, but you can typically do it and you can measure the size, I guess, the diameter of the inflamed area. And I've just circled it with the circles there. Before use, you can see right over a period of 12 weeks. Okay. There's no difference in the size of inflammation. But after you take Youth and you induce with the same amount of insult or inflammatory stimulus and so on, you can see every time the inflamed area is much smaller, right? I use a mild inflammatory response on the left. The middle one is a bit higher intensity. And then the last one on the right is using an inflammatory stimulus of high intensity. And you can actually see the area is much bigger, right? But in each and every case when you compare, when you compare to before Youth, you actually get a much smaller inflammatory response. And finally, you may recall we before the talk about the Prism, we actually had a previous scanner, right? So, we might as well use the S3 and measure these guys. And again, you can see, you know, the antioxidant levels after Age Lock Youth is way higher than the ones with placebo. Okay. The dark blue is after Youth and the light blue or faint blue would be the group that been taking the placebo. So once again we got antioxidant protection, we can show inflammation is somewhat reduced and ameliorated and then also brain activity which by the way the brain data are actually quite interesting because you know our brain is protected by a barrier we call it the blood brain barrier, BBB, and that's really, I mean it has evolved to protect the brain from all kinds of noxious substances. Well, it's a two-edged sword because in other words, good substances, the ones that you want to get into the brain sometimes won't get it. Well, in this instance, just because we saw the activity go up after Age Lock Youth, we know that the Age Lock Youth crosses the brain barrier and to effect this change. Okay, so these are all the systemic benefits we get and just for the fun of it, well actually more than the fun of it because we really wanted to know too, right? So if we think Youth is such an advanced anti-aging sort of product, the skin invariably is always the first tissue to get affected when you look at an older individual. So we measure once again and ask the dermatologist to look at these folks and see whether they can actually see differences, improvements after Age Lock Youth and every time it seems like we can see that skin health does get improved with Age Lock Youth as well. You look better. In other words, right? That's how you can see radiance, texture, overall appearance, all that tend to move over to the more youthful side of the spectrum after Age Lock Youth. That's how it moves. And elasticity like this is about pinching the skin and see how quickly it goes back to its normal self. You can see it improves by 41% too. All right. I won't go into this advanced anti-aging benefits. These are what we call all the different areas. It will be really quite useful. Finally, I gather all of you are looking forward to the launch of MSmart and this is again a drink supplement. It's actually coming out from a, US always seems to be a little bit different from the rest of the other markets we're in. And this is one part and parcel of a system for weight management that we call TRE. So in the US we are bringing just the MSmart out first if you will and see how that plays in this particular market. So that's these are the ingredients in MSmart. Acacia gum is really a source of fiber. It should help your digestion a whole bunch. The mulberry leaf is interesting. Okay. And this is really about not so much sort of eliminating your blood sugar, but it's really about modulating out the spike and the crash. It's like Halloween when all the kids are out there and they bring back a whole bunch of candy and they start eating all of it and they just go start to climb the wall. All the moms trying to get them off the wall and then suddenly they will crash when the sugar disappears from their system. Right? So this one we're hoping that it will actually ameliorate and remove that hump or the spike. And then beta carotene is obviously the ones we add for antioxidant support. And so these are the three active ingredients if you will in MSmart. So again, you know, we blended this and we could have blended other ingredients, but we want to know what exactly does MSmart, does it do. So we did a clinical study and it's not just a clinical study that you go in willy-nilly. This is another differentiation, right, that we have in Nu Skin. And perhaps a person who sort of does clinical studies all the time and know the nuances and so on would appreciate the fact that this is a what we call a randomized double blind control study. Okay. And it's run for two weeks and then we give them six days roughly close to a week of the supplement. Take them out, wash them out if you will for two days. In other words, won't give them anything and then put them in another six days of either the placebo or the supplement. All right? Study is large enough, over 30 patients here or 30 subjects if you will. And then, you know, on the first day of each of the treatment groups, we challenge them with what we call a turkey sandwich. You know, we make them eat a turkey. It's actually quite good. I've eaten it. It's fine. It's not like we're gonna have to force feed these guys. It really tastes quite good. So, we give them that and then we measure and when then we stick on a, you know, nowadays there are some patches that measure glucose now and you can just leave it on and it will actually monitor it all the time on your iPhone or, you know, whatever. You don't have to take a reading if you will. So, and the time points we chose to look at would be 30 minutes after the turkey sandwich, an hour, hour and a half, and two hours. Okay? And then we also ask the consumer or the subjects in the study how they feel, energy, mood, and so on. So, here's the objective data. This one is nothing. It's nothing to do asking them. It's all about looking at the glucose levels, okay, in the blood. And I think you would appreciate at 60 minutes at every time point there is no spike, is blunted that glucose response if you will with MSmart. So now we sort of know it's doing something. It's really blunting it, maintain great sugar level. You're not hypoglycemic or going to faint from the lack of sugar but it just blunts it. It just doesn't make you spike. You know, for example, at 60 minutes all the way up to what is it 35 milligrams per deciliter, that's pretty high level of glucose in the blood. So clearly it's working. And some of these things again the fiber we already know is really good for improving and supporting the digestion. And the questionnaire that we asked, they all came back and feel yeah it's great, it's a drink and easy to take, convenient and so on. And here where this is where I would remind you, right, and that you might as well use this particular product together with New Biome. It's great, maybe, you know, drink one in the morning and drink the other in the evening and so on. So it's really you get the full array of GI benefits and so on. So these are the products with MSmart, together with MSmart. I just finished telling you about MSmart. It's really a glucose, again, you keep on coming back to glucose. It's part of metabolic health. You know when we look at uncontrolled blood sugar in people it's really one of the first signs of accelerating aging. You know it will invariably lead to an acceleration of the aging process in the body when you have high blood sugar. So these are the products we talk about all three and including MSmart. So we come back to Prism again, right? Full circle. We have lots of products in Nu Skin and we have every area being covered by effective and efficacious products. Yeah. And really we are working on the fact that we focus on nutritional health. Yeah. We're not talking diseases here at all. Okay. We're not talking about treatment and so on. We talk about keeping nutritional health in the body at the highest level because we feel and our hypothesis or proposition would be the fact that when you have optimal nutritional health, it contributes to the healing of the body. Not the treatment of the body, but the healing of the body. You cannot recover your full metabolic health, nutritional health and so on if your body is not nourished. And that's why when you use the Prism IO, it's really a good complement because that gives you the overall indication of where you're going with your nutritional health progress. Okay, I think that's a quick, my goodness, quick run around the block. In fact, around four blocks and hopefully that was helpful to understand some of these products and why you should be at least considering them. So, I'll stop my share and hand it back to Sierra.
