Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our seventh National Meeting. On behalf of ANFIDIC, I thank you all for being here. Let's start with a round of applause to warm up the environment. Welcome back to those who were with us last year. Raise your hands so we know. Look how great, our event has grown a lot. We'll talk about the numbers soon. Welcome back. And those who are here for the first time, please raise your hand. Let's have a round of applause for the veterans welcoming the newcomers. Feel welcome on behalf of ANFIDIC. Ladies and gentlemen, today we have prepared a very special content that promises to make this an afternoon of many exchanges and experiences. Let me introduce myself. My name is Luá Galvão, I'm a 360-degree communicator. I've worked in all areas of communication and for many years I've hosted major events like this one. It's a pleasure to be here with you. Count on me, I'll be on stage at various moments throughout our afternoon. Now, a little more about our event. The ANFIDIC National Meeting is the largest and most representative event dedicated to multi-originator and multi-payee FIDCs in our country. We have gathered here in our audience investors, managers, administrators, credit consultants, and service providers from our sector. So, once again, welcome to all. In this seventh edition, as I said a little while ago, our event has grown and we had over 1,000 registrations. A very large audience. Congratulations to ANFIDIC and to all of you for making this event grow. We have professionals from the FIDC market here, representing more than 250 companies. So, thank you very much. The theme chosen for this year was 'FIDC: Trends and Innovations'. Our program today will feature a very special panel and four lectures with the participation of great names from our national landscape. We hope you all enjoy our afternoon and stay with us until the final gathering, because we will have our traditional happy hour. So you are all more than invited to stay with us. I also take the opportunity to thank our sponsors, without whom this would be impossible. In our gold category, I thank BMP, Finaxis, Emera, Canastra, Libero Ratings, Oliveira Trust, KEC, and Y3. In our silver category, we have more companies supporting us: AC, Cartos, Grafeno, HBI, Quicksoft, Zigen, and Triunfai. And in the bronze category, we have CERC, CRDC, ID Trust, Feed Nuclear, Oran, Standby, Soles, Teixeira, Fortes, Tercom, Vidgal, Neto, and WBA. I ask everyone here to give a round of applause to thank these companies, without whom all this would not be possible. Thank you to all who helped unconditionally in the construction and quality of this meeting, which promises to be an experience that will be memorable. We also cannot fail to thank our members, many of whom are present here, whose support strengthens our representativeness and makes us even stronger in defending our industry together. We already represent more than 75% of the multi-originator segment. So, our gratitude to our members. With the acknowledgments made, we can now officially open our event. Bringing to the stage with great affection, I want to emphasize, with great affection, our host, the president of ANFIDIC, Cléver Lirana. Cléver, thank you very much once again. It's great to be together again. Congratulations on the event, which has grown, right Clé? The floor is yours.
Good afternoon to all. Welcome to the seventh ANFIDIC National Meeting. This event aims to bring together all participants in the multi-originator, multi-payee FIDC segment. And even though it's an event for such a specific audience, we are happy to see the dimension this event has gained. Today, it is already one of the largest in the national credit market. This is the result of very strong growth in our sector over the years. ANFIDIC has been present since 2009, when the multi-originator portfolio was only 5 billion. Today, the multi-originator portfolio already reaches 50 billion. We move about 400 billion per year in receivables assignment operations. Our portfolio in the last 12 months grew 20%, double the growth of the discount portfolio in banks. The total FIDC portfolio, summing all types, already corresponds to about 30% of the free credit volume for legal entities in the national financial system. This is all a reflection of what has been happening with the capital market, which has been gaining importance as a source of financing for companies, thanks to a series of structural reforms in Brazil. For this reason, we made a point of inviting, and we have the honor of receiving, the president of the Central Bank, President Roberto Campos Neto, who has been leading a broad reform agenda aimed at increasing competitiveness and reducing the cost of credit in the country. Thank you very much for your presence, President. I also wanted to thank the presence of Deputy Júlio Lopes, who has always sought ways to bring more security and efficiency to our business environment. A thank you to CNF, to Leonardo Barbosa, who represents President Rodrigo Maia and has given fundamental support for ANFIDIC to face the various challenges that have arisen in recent months. We will have a panel later where we can discuss some of these topics in more depth. Finally, I wanted to say that among so many securitization instruments available in the national market, it is our multi-originator, multi-payee FIDC that has the mission of bringing capital in a distributed way to all corners of the country, for all types and sizes of companies, especially for those with greater difficulty accessing the financial market. Believing in this vocation and importance, I conclude wishing everyone a great event.
