Carly Fiorina has been active in commemorative and leadership roles related to the 250th anniversary of the United States. As the national honorary chair of VA250 and chair of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, she has delivered keynote addresses at events such as the Fincastle Resolutions 250th Anniversary in January 2025ikuha and the "A Common Cause To All" gathering in November 2024. In these remarks, Fiorina argued that Americans are a "divided, anxious nation" who no longer know "why we are a nation" and stated that the semiquincentennial is an opportunity to "unite Americans in a shared understanding of who we are."
